A good hotel, quite consistent with its stated stars. The cleanliness and novelty of the furniture is even higher. Polite staff, good service. Surprisingly stylish and pleasant cafe, everything is very good and varied for breakfast. There are no refrigerators and air conditioning in the rooms, there is no balcony. But this is not the south, it is quite normal and enough for a couple of nights.
The location is convenient. Although not in the center of Minsk, it is very convenient to get to the center by bus along the belt. There is also a large Hippo shopping center nearby, where everything is available - a supermarket with food and souvenirs, a Cornflower cafe (a good Belarusian cafe chain) and a currency exchange.

Everything is simple but clean here. The staff is pleasant. The bed linen and towels are clean, soap, shampoo and shower gel are laid out. My room had only furniture, a TV and glasses. In the bathroom of the room: toilet, sink, shower. There was no refrigerator, kettle, or air conditioner. It suited me, since I only came to the hotel to spend the night.
The cooler is on the ground floor. If you need to leave food in the refrigerator, then give it to the receptionist (pick it up through her too).
There is a cafe in the hotel (the prices are not small, but the food is like in the dining room). I had to eat there once...
there are several public transport stops nearby. There was always room for a car in the parking lot.
There is a free luggage storage for things (you can leave them after checking out of the room). This is not some kind of closet in the hallway, but a whole room with shelves, locked.
Good value for money.

A very comfortable hotel for its price. It has a good location and its own Parking (by the way, there is a Lukoil gas station nearby, where there is 100 gasoline). A pretty good and delicious breakfast in the morning. You can have lunch and dinner at the same cafe.

We lived for 4 days in early October. Our room was small, but with a huge bathroom. The furniture is good, the mattress is comfortable. Wi-Fi in the room (3rd floor) caught perfectly. It was very warm (heating). The staff is friendly. We ate at the cafe at the hotel and were delighted with the food on the menu - everything is very tasty and large portions - the prices are acceptable. In general, the hotel is very decent. I was very pleased with the size of the rooms. We took a double room, and there were 2 rooms in it. Very convenient. Plus, many hotels suffer from lighting problems in the rooms. They did so great here, they connected as many as 3 lamps. It is very light and comfortable, there is enough lighting for the whole room, otherwise it happens like you live in a basement.

The area itself is something like an industrial housing estate, around Rokossovsky Avenue. There are large parks nearby and it is quite quiet, but also a busy highway is a stone's throw away.
Among the disadvantages: drinking water, hot water for tea/coffee from the cooler, hair dryer and iron only on the ground floor. And if you have settled on the 3rd floor in a standard room, like us, then you will have a fun ride in the elevator with scalding cups of water.

Everything you need in the room is there, well, that is, almost everything - you had to ask the administrator for a hairdryer separately. The room is small, the bed is quite comfortable. The carpet on the floor is stained, you don't walk barefoot.
The shower stall is flimsy, you step on it and it warps, but it held up. And it didn't flow anywhere. There is a water cooler only on the 1st floor, and when the water ran out in it in the evening, no one changed the bottle, I had to buy bottled water.
I was pleased with the breakfast- it was not particularly tasty, but no one will go hungry for any appetite, there is a large selection of food and drinks.
I understand that everything is very good for 2*, but there are moments that cannot be justified by any "stardom" - mold in the shower and garbage on the stairs. The impression is that the garbage from above will just mix down so that it is below the 1st floor, where it lies. The stairs had obviously not been washed for a long time. I publish photos from the bathroom in the hope that employees will pay attention to this, because it is not difficult to eliminate it at all. Minus 1 star for exactly that!

now about the cons (they are also in the photo):
in my 1st standard room, except for 1 pack of shampoo and soap, 2 towels, 1 cup and a spoon for shoes, there was nothing. Cleaning of the room for 3 days of stay was not carried out even once, although the workload of the hotel is very low. There is no water in the room, as well as on the floor, there is also no kettle and refrigerator, perhaps they are in superior rooms, but that's another question. You need to go to the 1st floor for water and then go back to the room with boiling water, as expected, there is also nowhere to take tea.
The first thing that caught my eye was the dirty and sometimes damaged carpet, an armchair that has been standing in this hotel apparently since the very beginning of its work.
The bathroom is generally a separate thing that I would like to talk about.
there was no shelf near the mirror in the shower, only two towels and, most importantly, this is a shower holder - it is designed apparently for people 2.00+ tall, because at 160 I could not reach it even on my toes. The water is very cold, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (probably due to poor ventilation), the hotel does not provide a dental kit, shaving kit, slippers after all. The shower stall is dirty and closes very weakly, leaving the shower all the water is all over the bathroom.
Well, the highlight of the program, so to speak, the cherry on the cake is a hair dryer. I refuse to comment on anything about him, everything is already visible in the photo. I just don't understand how you can give this to a guest.

A very nice hotel! Convenient location in a residential area, you can easily get to the center of Minsk in 15 minutes by trolleybus number 3 or 16. Nearby there is a large Hippo hypermarket, the famous Cornflowers. We spent two nights at the hotel in different rooms, we liked the suite more than the two-room one. The suite has somehow cleaner and newer furniture, bathroom + there is a refrigerator. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient when you have a heavy suitcase. There is also a free luggage storage, which can be used even if you have checked out of the room. I recommend it!

Not in the city center. Our Windows overlooked the industrial area, but the view was quite acceptable, there was no noise. On the other hand, a pleasant residential area. The cafe is open from 7 to 23. The food is good, buffet style. The metro is not nearby, but there is a bus and a trolleybus nearby. The contingent is normal - both people with children and even clearly foreigners from far abroad. I didn't find a water cooler, there was no hair dryer in the room.

The room area is good, free, 2 towels are offered (for face and body), a sanitary set (soap, shampoo, shower gel). The sink is small, and when you bend over, the shelf at the mirror gets in the way, you need to carefully fit into the space, there were no difficulties for me, but it will not be easy for large people. The shower cabin is also too narrow for large people. A big plus is that the heated towel rail is working, you can dry both things and a towel. There is a bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a TV. There are several sockets near the table, one by the bed, and one on a separate wall. There is a restaurant at the hotel, I had breakfast included (buffet), everything is as usual in standard good buffets, there is no problem to have a hearty breakfast. The staff at the cafe is very pleasant and polite. The receptionist at the reception is working actively, quickly, if a large group arrives, it will probably be longer. I can't say anything about the distance from the city center yet, I arrived late, by transfer, and it was no more than 10-15 minutes from the train station.

I left Minsk at night, and the check-out was at 12.00, I was allowed to leave my things in the luggage room at no extra charge.
There is public transport near the hotel, so getting to the right places was not a problem.

The room is small.
We were refused early check-in and late check-out, apparently there was a lot of workload. But things were taken to the luggage room before arrival.
There is no refrigerator and kettle in the room, only 2 glasses. Cooler on the 1st floor - if you want to drink tea, run with boiling water in a glass. There is a refrigerator, but only in the administration, one for everyone - you hand over the products at the reception and receive them there.
The self-service room is listed on the 3rd floor, but in fact it does not exist, there is only an ironing room on the ground floor.
There were obvious problems with the improvement of our room - the shower door slammed badly, plus something happened to the drain, which caused water to fill the tray in a minute, almost to the top. The shower fasteners are at such a height that my husband and I, with our height of 162, simply cannot reach. There were only 2 towels per person (in other hotels we were given 3 each).
There is a cafe in the hotel. Breakfast (buffet) 22 rubles per person. Lunch is not much cheaper than in Minsk restaurants, although the dishes are like in a regular dining room.
There is an air of indifference from the girls at the reception, as well as from the hotel itself. I wouldn't go back there again.

We were there 2 times in July and August 2024, in different rooms. It's simple, we just needed to spend the night and have breakfast.
The first time we didn't like the breakfast (buffet), everything was kind of sour. The second time it was better - they ate everything they took.
I liked the pillows, they are rare in hotels, they are usually huge- and there they are just right, well, the staff is good.

There is 1 water cooler on 9 floors (spoiler, thank you that at least there is hot water here) there are no kettles in the rooms, it is still tolerable 2 stars nevertheless. And most importantly, when we arrived, it turned out that their hot water was turned off (!!!). It always seemed that in such places there should be boilers, or other systems in such a case. Naturally, no one warned us in advance, like they posted it somewhere on the portal. But, considering that you take contacts, you could at least write to the post office. When I asked if they could provide a basin and kettle/hot water in this case, the answer was no. The money was taken in full, no discounts for the inconvenience. I left there the next day, because it was a late check-in, and with all my desire there was nowhere to go. Naturally, no one reimbursed the second paid day either. If you don't want to spoil the impression of Minsk and Belarusians, don't come here. You will get neither understanding nor service here.

Now to the cons: upon entering the room, I found a sock on the floor behind the curtain (thank you, at least clean), apparently from the previous guest, and a paper receipt. The room configuration is quite strange: in a four-bed room there is one small trash can for 2-3 liters, in a bathroom large enough in area there is a very small uncomfortable sink, there is no refrigerator, air conditioning, there is not even a shoe horn, there is no drinking water either in the room or on the floor. There is a single cooler at the reception in a fairly large hotel. The refrigerator is also only at the administrators, there is no freezer in it. The staff behaves very restrained, they did not notice any cordiality and hospitality, no one smiles, does not greet the first, in response to my greetings to the maids in the form of a found sock and a receipt from the previous guest, no one even apologized, as if there was nothing special about it. In general, I think that these disadvantages will be eliminated in the near future, and guests will be happy to stay at this hotel in a beautiful city.

This is the first time I've encountered this in a hotel. It was possible to try to find a technical solution, to put a boiler, for example. And then they just rent out rooms, you arrive and it turns out that there is no hot water and you will not be able to wash.
There was also a cockroach running around in the closet. We thought, well, that's where we got to, but after we nailed this cockroach, we didn't see any others during our stay there. But with the lack of hot water, this is of course trash.

An excellent 2-star hotel, you can safely put three.
We lived in a triple room.
Everything was available as it should be for two stars: towels, gel, shampoo.
A huge closet, the only thing is there is no refrigerator, you need to take into account and a hairdryer at the reception on request.
Breakfasts for a strong four.

I liked the hotel. We rested there for two days and did not regret it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. And the most important thing for guests from another country is Wi-fi, and it catches perfectly there.
