I want to leave a review as a customer: it was shooting our graduation photo album in the 9th grade ‑ and we are very disappointed. The background turned out to be just terrible: the gray floor, like a bare concrete slab, is not at all suitable for graduation portraits and looks cheap. It took too long to shoot, the kids were tired and nervous, and the photographers were constantly dictating poses and expressions without considering how we were feeling. It turned out to be a tense, team atmosphere instead of a warm and festive one. Even worse is the processing: the faces are heavily highlighted, the skin is pale, natural shadows and details are lost. Instead of lively, warm pictures in the album, we got flat, overexposed shots that do not convey either the mood of the prom or our personality. I am very sorry for the time and money spent - it was supposed to be a memorable album, but it turned out to be a cause for chagrin. I hope the studio will reconsider the background and retouching style and learn how to communicate more respectfully with teenagers. I do not recommend contacting here if you are waiting for natural and warm photos for graduation.
