They can't help in the office, only through the call center.
In short, they should not be trusted with their money. It's funny that they position themselves as digital. The calculator in the phone is more technologically advanced than their application. I don't recommend it.

ID Bank has an application, and that's where the advantages end. Queues are unimaginably long: waiting for more than an hour is within the norm, the application may stop working the next day and employees will switch you between Idram and the bank itself. And so it is in every office, including the central one. In the office, visitors are served by a single employee from six windows. And you can't even call additional ones in any way, you can even call at the checkout in stores. But at least there is a cafe in the central one, you can wait out comfortably.
We went to change money, the exchange office did not work. There are terminals at the entrance where you can make an exchange. A very nice girl helped.
