The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, near a sufficient number of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a park, an exchange office. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the center. The room is clean, the climate control is working properly, there are Russian TV channels. Repairs and plumbing are fresh. There is a mini fridge, safe, kettle, hairdryer, slippers, shower gel, tea, coffee, water. It's a little noisy with the window open, and there's a road nearby. I really liked the view of the Marmara Sea from the window. There is a small swimming pool. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is 15€. Good Turkish coffee is served with lukum and you can get free cookies at the bar. I liked the hotel as a whole, I recommend it.

Cool bar! The dishes are huge, the snacks are quite tasty. I really liked the stewed beef (it is in snacks), served with potato chips and preferably with beer). I couldn't completely master the beef schnitzel with mushrooms and mashed potatoes. There were also shrimp, grilled cheese, steak, potatoes. This neighborhood is one of the best places, if not the most. The price tag, as in a good Moscow restaurant, is hot - 2000+ rubles.
