It is unclear where the Central Bank of Armenia is looking, but the British owners harshly discriminate against Armenian citizens who have at least some kind of connection with the Russian Federation. They just look at their passport and, smiling sweetly, inform them that they cannot open an account. You have the place of birth of the Russian Federation in your passport. And the rest doesn't matter. Like, come back in six months, maybe something will change. I hope there is a caring lawyer who will properly sue this sharashka.
