The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but in my opinion it does not pull. There are no Russian-speaking staff. We checked into the room, the safe is naturally closed, there are no instructions in Russian. I understood from the instructions in English that to open the safe and change the code, you need to press the button on the inside of the safe door, but how to open the safe is not specified. We turned to the staff for help, and three times, we rested and left, so no one came, the safe was not opened. In the bathroom, the heated towel rail did not work, the taps were turned off, and the lambs were removed. When asked to run a heated towel rail, they pretended that they did not understand what they were talking about. The room is cleaned disgustingly, the floors are not washed, the furniture is not dusted. There was a refrigerator in the room, small, but not connected to the network, hidden in a cabinet under the TV, the handle was broken, most likely in order to save electricity, it is supposed to be used as an uncooled cabinet for a minibar. Of course, we turned it on, but it's also a miracle of technology that there is no temperature controller on it, but at the same time it cooled down a little. Since it was used as a minibar, accordingly, the staff never washed or cleaned it, the refrigerator was terribly dirty inside, to the point of black mold. There is no place for placing things. A wardrobe for outerwear with broken hangers, three bedside tables, a chest of drawers with dusty drawers, where it's scary to put things, so things were stored in a suitcase. There are no Russian programs on TV. The breakfasts are monotonous, hot, it's cold, since the boxes were heated with candles, sausages, fried bacon, fried mushrooms, boiled rice, omelette, and it could have been yesterday's, scrambled eggs. Pastries, coffee, two machines, one with grain coffee, the other with powder coffee. Although the hotel is located in the historical part of Rome, I would not go to it a second time and I do not recommend it.
