The huge advantage of this hotel is that it can be booked on Yandex travel and paid immediately from the card in rubles , since there are generally few normal options for Riza on Yandex travel . THE STAFF is wonderful, solid 5, even with a + ! They don't speak Russian, but they can understand it. They speak English. PARKING along the road. They greeted us very cordially, there was a downpour , provided an umbrella , helped us park, took our suitcase themselves and helped us carry it to the elevator. The hotel is of course old (1987), everything is in the room, but the condition is already sad. On the first opening, the handle fell off. The staff tried to do it, but then they offered to move to another room (the same one). But CLEANING and changing of towels is DAILY. Buffet BREAKFASTS, different food , sweets , tea , coffee. EVERYONE is very friendly and ready to help with any question.👍🔥 The location is good, close to various shops and fast food , the exchanger is not far away. THE MINUS OF THE WHOLE CITY is a lot of smoking! It 's smoky everywhere ! In cafes , shops, just on the street, everywhere! And of course the hotel is not odorless, because it pulls from the street
