The hotel is three stars, but very cozy, the owners are elderly Italians, they themselves work at the reception and help when the guests have breakfast. Their daughter also helps them. The first line between the promenade and the park, very convenient location. When we relax in Viareggio, we always stay at this hotel. There are discounts when visiting the beach and when renting a bike
