I usually never leave reviews. But this time I just can't leave him. I signed up for a pedicure with a coating, only my fingers were done, there was an old coating on my nails. The whole cuticle was cut into meat by the master and due to the fact that the blood was not able to apply the coating carefully. I drew the master's attention to the fact that there were a lot of spots and asked what could be done about it, she said that this was always the case if the coating was bright (I had a bright yellow color) and that since I always make bright nails, I should know about it (yes, I always make bright nails on it was the first time I had such a thing on my feet, and my old coating was beautiful and neat). She started to remove the coating, but it turned out that it was liquid under the top (!!!!), it was a shock to me, i.e. if I hadn't said anything, the master would have let me go with such nails and after a week - hello fungus. I don't think she was initially unaware of anything and didn't see what she was doing. I asked to take everything off, I said I would pay for the pedicure, but the master said it was my fault, so I don't need anything. When I came home, I was even more upset because there was no living place on my fingers, a week had passed, and I still have all my fingers red and inflamed, while the cuticle is just torn, that is, it sticks out, and I can't go for a new pedicure until everything heals, or at least apply ordinary nail polish at home, because the cuticle sticks out where it is cut off, where it is not cut off. I'll never go there again.

I was at Master Lyudmila's for haircuts on 02/06/2026. The master has technical skills, communicates politely, and the salon makes a good impression. However, in my case, it turned out to be a very sad result that did not correspond to the main thing — the haircut arrangements. I came with a clear request: a square to the shoulders, since with a round face shape, shorter options do not suit me. The master and I discussed the length in detail, she herself showed the shoulder level with her hand, and I was sure that I was heard. Unfortunately, during the haircut process, it became clear from the very first movements that the length would be much shorter. The first layer, which sets the tone, was cut very high (about 5 cm), part of the hair was removed with a machine. To my verbal reaction that it was too short, the answer was that it was "necessary" and the final length would be correct. As a result, I didn't get a shoulder-length bob, but a very short haircut just below the ear, which I initially asked not to do. Unfortunately, I'll add about the technique: the haircut came out uneven, one side is noticeably longer than the other. Because of such a short length and shape, it is now difficult to put hair in a ponytail or style it somehow, which creates great discomfort in everyday life. After the haircut, when asked if I liked the length, I replied "fine" because there was nothing left to fix. It is a pity that the dialogue and mutual understanding that were at the consultation stage did not move into the implementation stage. The master may be a good one, but in my situation, the client's key request was ignored.

I signed up for a prom, a very important event. The styling references were shown in advance and more than once, the master and the administrator said "easy and simple" when recording, not only did I wait 30 minutes (the recording was at 11, I arrived in 10 minutes, they accepted me at 11:30)so they also did the wrong thing for me, the volume was 0, they promised fixation, oh, oh, it fell apart after an hour, and thank God I didn't have the time or desire to wash my hair at all (given the wait of 30 minutes and the amount of nail polish on my head), I washed my bangs and did the styling myself, on the styling website it costs 45 rubles, I gave 65 rubles, taking into account the "discount for waiting ".If you think you should have told the master that this was not the case.. I said, I asked, they answered, "more hair and powder, everything will be fine," I do my own styling better in 10 minutes, I do not recommend this service in this salon! The receptionist was also extremely rude. Only the master apologized for waiting. (the first photo is what I showed to the master, the second one I'll stitch after the salon)
