We rested at the hotel more than once. The rooms are good, the cleaning is also good. Excellent breakfasts, careful attitude to guests.
For a child, the cook even cooked soup separately) the staff treats children very warmly)
No complaints. A 5-star hotel. We also stayed in the apartments. The option is more budget-friendly, but also good. Proximity to the sea, restaurants, the general location of the hotel on the waterfront. Everything is great!

The hotel is gorgeous. Staff, service, check-in, everything is fine. You can put the car in an underground parking lot. The room was clean, according to the standards of the Double tree hotel chain. In the evening, you can have dinner in the restaurant on the top floor, and have breakfast in the morning. The food is delicious.
Of the cons. We booked a room on the official Hilton website. The cost was $ 140, usually the price including breakfast. Upon check-in, an employee at the reception offered to pay extra for breakfast, as it turned out that it was not included in the price on the website.
In general, we were satisfied with our stay.

I visited the Hilton spa on June 19
I installed the code on the locker 1111 in the spa
I came after the procedures
The code was changed, I had to call the administrator, who opened the closet.
As it turned out later
Money was taken out of my wallet
(the cards were left in cash only)
The clarification with the administration did not give anything. The police were called, but the police were refused to view the camera footage without court approval (I indicated the exact time intervals when my money was stolen, there were only a few people on the entire floor of the spa, and it would not be difficult to determine who entered who left from the cameras). After that, the senior of the group said that they would not be given records without the necessary documents .
I have written a statement to the police and given all the necessary explanations.
I don't expect to get anything back. I hope that this will somehow affect the situation as a whole.
And my review may help people to be more vigilant.

The rooms are not the first freshness, it's time to update the furniture in the hotel. Hilton is no longer the same, but the cost of space. But as a plus, there is a good kitchen, a good breakfast and a buffet. Many new hotels are being built nearby - if there are no changes, we will stop staying at the Hilton.

Great hotel. High level of service. Hotel number 1 in Georgia. Excellent staff. Delicious food. I believe that the Hilton Batumi hotel can become the benchmark of hotel service all over the world. I have visited many other Hilton hotel chains in the CIS and Europe and I know what to compare with. I recommend visiting this wonderful hotel at least once and feeling real hospitality.

We had a vacation in May 2024. There are not many guests. The service is high. The ROOM was cleaned perfectly, the breakfasts are amazing.

The hotel is only three stars, absolutely does not justify the high name of Hilton , old rooms that have been in need of repair for a long time, especially bathrooms- mold,uncomfortable beds (it's time to change the mattresses too), absolutely loose staff, five stars, but you absolutely have to ask for everything in the rooms - from toiletries to napkins and bathrobes,terrible room cleaning!!!You shouldn't pay that kind of money just for the name!An ordinary three-star hotel!

Персонал вежливый, приятный, с заселением и выездом проблем не было.
В номерах, выходящих окнами на набережную, невозможно спать: громкая музыка с пляжа до 4 утра.
На завтраках после трех вежливых напоминаний капучино так и не принесли (два дня подряд). Бутылку вина на террасе на крыше ждали 40 минут при полупустом зале.

Вонь в номерах ужасная, специально в Батуми взяла отель думала будет хороший раз Хилтон , а на деле оказалась лажа со старым номерным фондом, запахом в номерах , ещё и за 1 тыс $ за 2 дня . Это ту мач господа !

Номера чистые , вежливый персонал ! Но вот очень неприятная ситуация была со стиркой , вещи вернули , поглаженные , но их никто не стирал 😂246 лари на ветер ! Дома все отстиралось

Заселили в номер 516. Запах канализации что в ванной, что в номере. Большая часть каналов на телевизоре не работает. Сказали, что они в курсе этой проблемы.
Ручка в ванной сломана.
Переселили в номер 1916 повышенной комфортности. Спать невозможно, потому что откуда-то сверху долбит музыка. Было предложено взять беруши. Смешно!!!

Хорошие чистые номера, удобная кровать, обслуживание на высшем уровне! Вид шикарный из любого номера- с одной стороны отеля море, с другой парк с прудом. Спа зона и бассейн выручали в непогоду. Обмен валюты в соседнем здании с не самым высоким курсом ! Рядом дельфинарий, через парк очень уютное кафе «ретро» с национальной вкусной кухней.
Удачное расположение отеля - По набережной 20 минут ходьбы до поющих фонтанов и до колеса обозрения.

Прекрасная гостиница на берегу моря. Хорошая еда и красивые, уютные номера из нескольких комнат, со спа в каждом номере. Отзывчивый персонал, говорящий на трёх языках. Я не нашла ни одного минуса.
