I really liked the hotel! The service is good, the staff is polite, the room was cleaned every day. We had a ball room without a balcony, but from the panoramic window there was a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. The breakfasts are delicious, fruits, vegetables, there is no queue, there were always places. The location is very good, everything is within walking distance. There is also a swimming pool and a sauna with a hammam, the only small drawback is small children. We will definitely return to this cool hotel!

We lived in a suite on the 7th floor , the room is old , all the furniture is already falling apart , the water in the shower and in the bathroom has a separate song , while it heats up for 5 minutes we have to wait and then turn on the faucet to pick up the temperature . On May 2 , 2026 , at one o 'clock in the morning , the fire alarm went off , we stood at the reception for an hour with a wet head . In general, the cost and reality do not coincide at all. And yes, the reception staff were all haughty-faced and very unfriendly, they were taking their luggage to the room themselves, although the employee was standing and looking at us) It was my daughter 's birthday , and they carried a compliment from the hotel all day . Inattentive and indifferent staff . The view from the room partially overlooks the construction site and the roof of the restaurant where breakfast is held. The breakfast and pool were great, the only plus of this tired hotel.

A decent hotel, worth the money, although obviously not new👌 Of the advantages: -the rooms were spacious, we had a sea view, super equipped: air conditioning, ironing board with iron, minibar (empty), 2 bottles of water (they called if they ran out, they brought it), kettle, all liquids in the bathroom in dispensers, there was nothing else, but on request they brought everything, snow-white towels, bathrobes, slippers👌 - the pool is nice with sea water; -location👍 the sea with the beach is just a few steps away, on the other side there is a lake with a park, near the old town, the port, cool cafes, restaurants, everything is within walking distance👌 -breakfasts, a large selection, scrambled eggs, omelets are prepared in front of you, not to say that they are super tasty, but they will do, vegetables are different, both cooked and raw, a large selection of cheeses, as if the emphasis is on fruits, there are a lot of things (in the photo), there are pastries, but the choice is not great. champagne is not They poured it, even though it was a "five", it was strange🤷♀️ Of the cons: -there are not always Russian-speaking staff at the reception, more often English-speaking, but they don't speak English very well either, as we were able to see.🤣 - they didn't clean up once in three days, they came once when we were resting after a walk, at four o'clock, we naturally told them to remove only the trash and change towels, they didn't even come again, well, maybe the hotel was really 100 full%, -we had a late flight, we were asked to extend the room for free for at least a couple of hours (this is a normal practice for hotels, it's possible), but they refused us because the hotel seemed to be full. Well, maybe they left their things in the luggage room and went for a walk in the rain. But in general, despite the disadvantages, I really liked the hotel and Batumi.🥰 I would be happy to recommend it
