Today, at about 11, I went with my child to take a blood test from a vein. Excellent staff. The child did not cry, she was not afraid, she said that she would come here for an injection. Thank you for such a staff! Polite, professional staff! There were no queues, everything was done quickly and accurately. Only pleasant impressions! I ask you to encourage the staff: the girl at the registration and the nurse who took the tests!

After providing services in this place, only positive impressions remained. The child had blood taken from his finger, the nurse was a big smart girl, she immediately found an approach and told everything she was doing so that the child would not be afraid. My daughter didn't even squeak and steadfastly endured the entire procedure of blood collection (although we can't do without tears in the clinic). And at the end, a nice bonus, a candy for bravery. The girls at the reception are friendly and helpful. I hope the result of the analysis will be completed very quickly.🤞🏻

It is located next to the metro. The staff is qualified, they always help you choose the "right" analyses if the client does not know for sure. We recently made a convenient work schedule, now it's also open on Sunday! I would also like to have an electronic queue created… Maybe it happens that way, but I always come when there are a lot of people. It is not very convenient to explain that I have the right to priority maintenance of the entire queue. Moreover, there may be the same people in the queue.
