Yesterday, on 05.10.26, at about 12:50, I took feminine tests at the Helix laboratory. I always took tests in this laboratory and everything was always super polite, careful and fast. But yesterday, the doctor who took the tests was incorrect in communication, not friendly and to some extent rude, when taking the tests it was uncomfortable and painful at times, I shuddered and the doctor did not react in any way. Please pay attention to the ethics of this specialist and his service. When you come to take such tests, you expect that the specialist will treat you carefully, carefully and attentively. Such an attitude towards women in gynecology is not acceptable.

The worst thing about going to Helix is that they just stopped waiting in line, it's okay, you can sit for an extra 10 minutes, but I've never had a vein pricked so much, a few hours after the handover, my arm hurts in the crook, as a bruise appeared.

This is a great place to get tested with a child! There is a place to put a stroller, a convenient electronic queue, sweets for the procedure, everything is just perfect! All the staff are very polite and attentive, they quickly found a vein for the child and collected blood (the child is 1 year old). Helix has a VERY convenient website , everything is clear and understandable, everything loads quickly ( this is important for me, because I wanted to compare prices) Additionally, I want to say thank you for the opportunity to order an additional analysis (after the appointment with the neurologist, an additional analysis was needed). It is very nice that you do not need to prick the child's hand a second time, but you can call and make an additional order for some kind of analysis ( 25 passed the analysis, 27 could still make an additional order ) Thank you for your work ❤
