Pretty good for a commercial gym, doesn’t have all the machines like a hack-squat or hip thrust machine, but you can still find other options. The biggest problem for me is the fact they only have one bar squat and one smith machine. So you always have to wait in line. It’s extremely busy after 5 pm and you basically always have to work in with other people. But it’s really clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The equipment is technogym and in good condition. It’s great for people who just need to get in and out but definitely not for specific training needs
I like the network of these halls, the large space, fitness equipment for every taste and subscriptions at an excellent price. I used to go to the gym on Pushkinskaya, but the hall on Grushevka turned out to be more convenient in terms of location. There are not many differences, there is a larger area and more comfortable on Grushevka, but oooh, coaches come across as if with a crown on their head, it is normal for them to sit on the simulator with their wards and talk heart to heart, a couple of times they came up and asked to be released, in response they tsk and slowly left, or you study on the platform you stand next to it and approach it and they put the phone down, but yesterday there was a cherry on the cake for 5 minutes hanging on the simulator together without practicing on it! I also really like it when, during the busiest daytime hours, there is a posing session on a fitness bikini in the warm-up area
