I want to write a review to the pool. We have been going there for many years, because the child loves the pool, and near the house. There are no questions at all about the cleanliness and quality of the food. But the service is just darkness, I have never seen such rude communication with visitors. There are few waiters, despite the number of visitors. It is simply not possible to wait for the order. We ordered food for the child and waited 1.5 hours for a puree with a cutlet. We had to go to the bar for drinks ourselves. But the bill was brought quickly, and before writing what was not brought. When it was already boiling, we turned to the administrator, to which we were told that "the complaint book in the executive committee, if you are not satisfied with something, go there and write", "why do you come here at all if you don't like it here". When she took out her phone and started filming, she simply ran away without taking the bill.

It seems that the place is good, promising, but immediately upon booking, we were met by a very rude receptionist, the phrases "it's up to you.... ", I do not know what you need ... ", "What can I tell you.... ", "Decide for yourself ... " and "have in view of the fact that we have few dishes, we will preserve the table, what you order, and for other food, take your dishes, knives and dostochki... " If we had a choice of establishments of this type in our city, I would never have gone there after the first meeting with the administrator. I didn't get a single smile when communicating ... alas... It's a shame that our service industry is in such a state.... The order was made on July 03, 2024. And keep in mind that the firewood they give for the barbecue is not even enough to give mushrooms, let alone meat.

We were in the first house, great pool, cool kitchen, helpful staff, we liked everything, at the highest level!!! I advise you, you will not regret it!!!
