I turned to these people when my family moved to the USA to send a container. They turned out to be incompetent. Firstly, none of the organizers of international transportation speaks English, secondly, all the documents were drawn up incorrectly, thirdly, the cargo was eventually sent to a third-party forwarder company, which was not notified of the shipment, as a result of which refused to process the cargo, fourth, representatives the companies were not aware of customs procedures and the organization of transportation in general, fifthly, upon arrival of the cargo, it turned out that due to the way the documents were drawn up, it was difficult to deliver it to a private address, as a result, losses amounted to about two thousand dollars, the wildest stress, hours of phone calls and dozens of emails. In fact, the GTLogistics company for five thousand dollars threw me almost two thousand more expenses and the wildest hemorrhoids. I strongly recommend NEVER seeking the services of this “company”, whose partner, by the way, used the phrases “this is not my business bro” and the like during the negotiations. In general, I am disappointed, I am glad that the cargo came at all and well, but this is not how things are done - it is an absolute shame and you absolutely cannot trust your belongings and money to these people. I tried to talk about how to at least partially share the costs incurred due to their mistake - in response, silence. In a word, they are charlatans.
