Excellent service has been applied about 10 times. They do it efficiently and quickly. The deadline is not the easiest, first they said 5-7 days in the morning, and after lunch they wrote back about their readiness. Very fast and efficient. Thank you. Also, the previous times we did very difficult and complex repairs, and everything is great too.

I ordered a laptop diagnostic service (it wasn't charging). On the website, the cost of laptop diagnostics as a service is 20 rubles, when I arrive, they say 30. 1. Price discrepancy in the price list on the website. We've set the deadline for Friday/Monday - fast, that's cool. But in the end, on Tuesday, they call me and say that they have made repairs and named the amount of 230 2. Floating deadlines 3. without warning about the services provided in advance (Diagnosis was expected, not a complete repair) The problem was with the type-c connectors, and their replacement cost another 110 rubles. The problem is a chain one, the charging unit is a port-motherboard, but they immediately went into the bios. The repair took a month. I regret that I went "closer"
