I recommend it to everyone! We rested with my sister for 5 days. We were very satisfied. Daily room cleaning, towels and bathrobes were changed daily as well. The hotel has a hammam with a swimming pool and a sauna with a swimming pool, included in the price. Breakfast buffet. You won't stay hungry. But the most important thing is the service. The reception staff is very polite, friendly and courteous. I want to single out Arthur. Whatever question was asked, everything was done in the best possible way. We were very satisfied! This hotel was very suitable for us, it was quiet, despite the fact that our windows overlooked the hospital, but this did not stop us in any way. We thought maybe ambulances would go, but no. The main thing is that the room is just huge, it seems to me that you can play football in it, there is a refrigerator, too, by the way, not small as usual. There is a table with chairs to sit on, the pillows were not very thick, we asked the next day, we were provided with others and told why we did not ask at night, but suffered with these. The room is clean, the cleaning is done well, there are ironing boards on the floors, as well as a cooler with cups. The only plumbing in the shower is not very good, we had a shower in one room, there were problems in the other, we stayed 4 nights, we didn't change the towels, we didn't replenish anything, but we had enough, and the towels are also normal, maybe it's important to someone. The price is reasonable, considering that there is breakfast, parking and a spa area, we haven't been there, we need to register. Breakfast is normal, you definitely won't be hungry. Everything is classic, the guys don't always have time to replenish what they ate quickly, but if they apply, they will do it right away. And in general, the hotel's fat plus is its staff!!!! The plumbing is working, the room was cleaned on the third day, even after changing the bed linen. There were no cupboards in our room, just a floor hanger. The bedding is good and comfortable. The breakfasts are good, especially the baked vegetables, very tasty. The only negative for me is that the coffee is brought ready, in a jug, just of the worst quality, like a mess.Although there are four, it would be possible to put a coffee machine. Very friendly staff at the reception. It's easy to order a taxi to the airport, it arrives quickly and takes only twenty minutes to drive. Nearby is the Forum restaurant, where guests are making noise late, if the windows overlook this side, you will not be able to get enough sleep, but the hotel is not to blame for this. The fact that it is clean, beautiful and spacious immediately catches the eye, but I will not write about comfort, even though it is at 5!!!! The hotel staff is what characterizes the atmosphere and pleasant stay. The reception staff is always ready to help with any issue. I would especially like to highlight the employee who worked on the morning of August 30th. He kindly and professionally printed out the boarding pass for the plane and called me a taxi almost every day, which maybe he shouldn't have done. This attitude is not just hospitality and responsibilities, but a human attitude towards guests with love and kindness. May God Almighty bless all the employees and employees in the hotel four times! There is a strong exaggeration about the luxurious breakfasts. Breakfasts are meager, coffee is taken out in a pot, it either runs out instantly, or it's cold, or you pour one of the grounds into your cup. There are no pastries or sweets at all. They asked for scrambled eggs, and they brought the same omelet as in the hall. Pancakes, fritters - 3-4 pieces each, cold, dry. The rooms are tired, the interior is greetings from the USSR, there is no shower cap, the plumbing is leaking, there is a CURTAIN on the bathroom (I haven't seen this in suites for a hundred years), and there are black fungal spots on it, it's scary to walk on the carpet without slippers. There is no drinking water in the room. Apparently, the cooler is in the hallway instead of her. The advantages are the friendly staff, the price, two bathrooms in the suite, and the drinks at the bar brighten up the impression. In general, it is normal to spend the night, but next time we will look for something closer to the center and more comfortable, although this is not the first time we have stayed in the Grace network and the previous hotels of this network have generally satisfied us.

On the way back, the elevator door opened into the elevator shaft. The room is INCREDIBLY dirty. The wallpaper is dirty, and it hurts to look at the carpet-it's stained all over. Not just one spot, he's covered in them. The furniture is tired, the bed is hard as a bench, the toilet is soaked in urine, the button is broken, the shower wall is glass but almost not transparent from plaque. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. We decided to spend one night because it was late and asked for another room. We were moved to a room on the second floor with access to the parking lot, with an entrance through the sauna (humidity and stench), and this was the last straw. We booked another hotel and left immediately. I don't recommend it in any case.
