An unusual and very beautiful mosque. There is a volunteer in the mosque who will answer your questions (he speaks Turkish, English and French), it was very interesting to talk to him. The mausoleum is also interesting to visit.

A magnificent monument of 15th century Ottoman architecture. It includes a mausoleum and a building for pilgrims. The walls are covered with greenish colored tiles from the inside, hence the name. Wonderful marble carvings. The mosque is located on an elevation above the city center, with a great view from the site. The climb to it is steep, but not long.
