Everything is perfect in this restaurant! I have something to compare it with. I have been to almost all EU countries and, of course, to restaurants. The kitchen is important to me, because I have problems with the digestive tract, so 99% of the time after restaurants I feel very bad and can't do without pills, but not after the Grand Savoy restaurant!!!. For 3 days, breakfast-lunch-dinner and I feel great, so in addition it is incredibly delicious - bravo to the chefs! Waiters Roman and Vladislav are REAL professional waiters who know everything about the menu and the restaurant. They answered any question. Such employees are rarely found now. The bartenders are also great, the cocktails are delicious and they do not regret good alcohol. In general, I am rarely satisfied with the service, but this restaurant conquered me. I plan to come back from Moscow in the near future. You, the whole team, made my vacation and impression on the city of Mogilev.

The only disadvantage is when breakfast is included in the payment, then breakfast is not a buffet, but a choice of three sets. It would be all right, but it's too heavy a breakfast for me. There is no choice of cereals, muesli, etc. But in general, everything is delicious. And most importantly, despite the location in the city center and around the shopping center and gyms, etc. The room is quiet. It's a huge plus when you're off the road and you want to relax. Among the advantages: the pleasant atmosphere of the establishment and the courteous staff.
Of the cons: the food, the price does not match the expected taste of the dishes. We took carbonara, and this is the most unpalatable carbonara that we had to try. The pasta is overcooked, the taste of parmesan is not felt, the bacon looks like boiled sausage "Mortadella". A very beautiful serving of mushroom cream soup and that's all that can be said good about this dish. An incomprehensible filling of dried mushrooms and sour apples, the taste of which completely interrupts the taste of mushrooms, incomprehensible round balls inside the cream soup, whether it's cheese balls, or it's crumpled dough. I'll give this dish 2 points. A masterpiece dish of Cod and ptitim, and an incomprehensible sauce. The fish is tasteless, as if they forgot to add salt at least. It's hard to chew. The sauce is not about anything at all, I think if they just poured water instead of sauce, nothing would change. This institution gets 2 points only for the service and atmosphere. We won't be coming back here anymore.

A wonderful hotel. It is integrated into the city square and into the shopping center. I should mention a good spa complex located in the hotel on the 1st floor. With a swimming pool, steam rooms, baths. Also on the ground floor there is a restaurant with wonderful cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. We arrived by train to Mogilev and left the railway station. I mean, the location of the hotel is on the 5th floor, exactly like my assessment of the hotel. I didn't say anything at all about the room: spacious, clean, dry bed with a cocktail menu of pillows.

We visited this restaurant, liked everything except the service. Dessert and coffee were not brought together as requested, both cups are dirty on the bottom with coffee remnants, which makes the imprint on the napkins unpleasant. The bill was waited for a long time, no one paid attention, the room was 30% full.We moved to another table because the first one was very shaky.
It is unpleasant to receive dirty dishes in a restaurant-level establishment. Not only the kitchen should be good, but also the service. Please be understanding.

We celebrated the wedding in this amazing place. You can start with the fact that several times approaching the administrators of this institution for a long period, the record for the desired date miraculously disappeared, and yet. A few days before the event, when clarifying the menu and seating, the administrator stated that the restaurant director raised the amount per person in the presence of his alcohol from 100p to 150p, and naturally, for an amazing reason, up to this point, no one decided to notify about it except on the eve of the event, although by law if you set a specific amount, then they are obliged to sell their services for it, but considering that these are all schemes for paying less taxes, it was all negotiated verbally, without any contract.
On day x, in the presence of seating and cards with the name, the administrator and the waiters did not adhere to it at all, scattering these cards randomly and the guests had to look for their own place, their dishes, and drag it around the table, the administrator did not pay any attention to the fact that the waiters did not take out dishes either on time or on request The dishes were served with a question to whom, although before that a list was served at the request of the same administrator, which dish was served to which guest, to simplify the work.
It was very difficult to be in the institution itself because the air conditioner was stupidly not working and it was wildly stuffy.
And the cherry on the cake was the loss of the congratulations book by the staff, which, as it turned out, the bartender hid somewhere and the entire staff could not find it in two days, and when clarifying the circumstances and resolving the issue, the staff issued a phrase that we also need to understand them.
The result: complete disappointment with this institution, despite their status.
Yes, the atmosphere is really pleasant, the cuisine is not bad, but the organization, service, attitude of the staff and the director to the guests are at the bottom.
P.s. When asking the administrator to communicate with the director or issue a complaint book, we were told that the director does not communicate with the guests, and the complaint book is serviced by administrators.

I really liked it, the rooms are gorgeous, the view of Mogilev at night is just super!
The staff are all beautiful, everyone is polite, even the janitor who beat the ice on the porch and she greeted and held the door and showed where the reception is!
The kitchen is awesome, the breakfast is so delicious that I asked for more, I had to skip lunch, because I waited until the breakfast was digested!

The interior and lighting create a cool atmosphere. But the food is not very good. Most of the menu is fish dishes, which I don't eat. And for the rest, there is very little choice. Unfortunately, the pasta with chicken and mushrooms was not salted enough.

Beautiful interior, delicious dishes, but serving within an hour. Very upset. We were at the event, 40 minutes were allocated for lunch, soup and salad to wait about an hour, this is too much.

- Атмосфера, реально ламповая, если понимаете о чём я)
- Напитки (коктейли) понравились.
Минусы:
Кухня, при стоимости блюд выше среднего вы получаете еду хуже среднего.
Удовольствия от еды мы не получили и одним только видом заведения и коктейлями не спасти ситуацию. Скорее остались недовольны заведением, чем довольны. В другой раз сюда не пошли бы сюда.

Once again we stayed at this hotel and found out that they had a new chef in the restaurant and even a fifth anniversary ... well, it was a sin not to go in. The last visit 2 weeks ago left a twofold feeling: the service has become better, and the kitchen is worse. Well, not a disaster, of course, but definitely far from expectations. This time, inspired by live music in honor of the fifth anniversary, they began to explore a new menu. To be honest, the result exceeded my expectations! The tuna was great, with sea bass they asked for boiled potatoes instead of broccoli and, in my opinion, the dish became even more advantageous. It remains to expand the wine menu a little and it will be just wow. To the chef: keep it that way and don't give up your position, to the waiters: just stay the same smart. I was pleasantly surprised by a very sharp jump in the quality of the place.

We stayed at the hotel with breakfast, buffet. The breakfasts are disgusting, and it seems that yesterday's uneaten food was mixed up. The table is very modest, there is nothing to choose from. I do not recommend including breakfast.
Salads were ordered from the menu, a taste combination for a big fan. In general, just like last year we had a rest and the kitchen was not impressed, and this was definitely disappointing. I give stars for the service and the work of the staff, friendly and courteous.

Были только на завтраке, завтрак ( шведский стол), всё понравилось. Персонал приветливый, атмосфера приянтная в ресторане, красивый ресторан. Быстрое пополнение еды на шведском столе. Отличный выбор.

Кухня работает допоздна, поэтому с дороги было очень удобно, что покормили. Принесли блюда очень быстро, драники с пастромой даже удивили! Приятное спокойное место.

В поисках растительной кухни решили рискнуть и посетить приличный ресторан при отеле, в надежде договориться с персоналом о индивидуальном подходе. Вегетарианцы и вегану всегда найдут решение, если персонал в адеквате.
Все сложилось наилучшим образом. Чуткий и вежливый персонал услышал наши пожелания.
В итоге на двоих продегустировали: хумус из батата потрясающий!, ризотто на высоком уровне, крем-суп из шампиньёнов идеальный + 2 свежевыжатых сока = 67byn
Довольны максимально. Отдельно хочется выделить интерьер и расположение.

Будто попали в 90е.
Из положительного - интерьер, подача блюд в целом симпатичная.
По отрицательному
- салат с авокадо: авокадо неспелый, дубовый, вилкой не проткнешь, какой от него вкус-то?! Зато горох перезрелый
- филе миньон: порция огромная, но невкусная. Запрос прожарки medium rare, в результате один кусок well done, второй medium. Тарелка не подходящая, при попытке разрезать мясо все разъезжается + известное дело, что в глубокой тарелке еда доготавливается, явно посуда не для блюд с прожаркой.
- работники не соответствуют пафосу заведения, не справляются с возникающими проблемами, ходят хихикают
- совершенно не понимаю, что смешного, что какой-то пьяный парень стоит смотрит пристально в дверь и курит (дым попадает в заведение), все сотрудники только улыбаются, я уже чувствую, что события неблагоприятные, далее парень заходит в зал с остатками сигареты, выясняет отношения с сотрудниками и на выходе специально бьет бокалы. Личные разборки или это ребенок руководства, в целом все равно, безопасностью и спокойствием в зале не отдает.
- проходит пара минут заходят мужчины из лихих 90х на перевес с бутылкой водки и с запахом беломорканала на три метра вокруг, опять же по обстановке видно, друганы заведения или сами владельцы. Обстановка в край неприятная.
Ранее заведение просто было ровненькое: ну блюда средние, заурядное, сейчас и блюда неудачные, так еще и обстановка не ресторанная.

Посещали данный ресторан проживая в отеле и крайне недовольны обслуживанием, официанты крайне невнимательные и очень много ошибаются, абсолютно все не соответствует отелю и имиджу. Кофе отвратительный… А на просьбу предоставить информацию о колоритности блюд в меню мы услышали « мы не можем дать вам такую информацию, т.к. она недоступна» 😳
Я крайне огорченна этим местом, однозначно дизлайк 👎🏽

Блюда, атмосфера, обслуживание - в этом месте сложилось всё. Впечатление осталось исключительно только хорошее. Тот самый редкий случай, когда приходишь в заведение и ожидание совпадает с реальностью. Однозначто хочется возвращаться ещё.
