A pleasant hotel, the kindest friendly staff, huge standard rooms with excellent views.Next to the pump room with medicinal water.The pool is a Jacuzzi for up to 23 hours, which is extremely convenient.I won't say that the food is super dietary, but you can find it according to your taste and well-being. Of the cons: the tired balneotherapy, it is worth updating.The salt cave worked well, something was always clogged up there.Those who didn't know were sitting in vain. Overall, the impressions are very positive.

We have a rest here. The staff is very attentive, the service is at a good level, the food is varied. There is one thing to note - there is no meat and fish in its pure form- grilled or stewed, in general, the staff goes to the meeting and makes individual adjustments to the menu upon request, the rooms are clean, new, cozy, the spa area is good, everything is there for a wonderful stay! We didn't stay at the hotel, we came to eat at the hotel restaurant twice. Both times the food was tasteless. We ordered tiramisu — it was a frozen cake. There were grains of ice in the cream, and there was some kind of sponge cake that wasn't soaked in anything. The brownie, which should have been warm, was cold. I ordered cheesecakes for breakfast: the menu indicated that it was with Greek yogurt, but they brought it with some kind of fruity, sweet yogurt, and no one warned about the replacement. The cheesecakes themselves were without cottage cheese, just dough, and in addition moldy strawberries. Plus, the last cheesecake was slightly burnt, but they put the beautiful side on the plate, but this is the least of the troubles. We also ordered a chicken burger that looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The French fries are delicious, the burger is delicious, the cutlet in it is delicious, but the bun is too old. Tea and coffee are normal 😁

100 stars for this hotel. Dog Friendly place. I was allowed to move in with a big dog. One of the few places. The most amazing thing is that there are also tables in front of the restaurant where you can eat and keep a dog nearby. The room is clean and spacious. Polite staff. Sauna and swimming pool top. There are also medical procedures available. My health has improved. I recommend. We will be regular guests. Respected dog owners. Let's be responsible people and be as attentive as possible to the cleanliness that we leave behind. Sofa and bed covers. Wool cleaning, etc. So that the hotels can see that you and I can be allowed in with pets and there will be no problems.

Hello! My name is Elena, and today we enjoyed visiting your hotel in Jermuk. I can say with confidence that this is the best hotel in the city, and we are absolutely pleased with our choice! The rooms are spacious and very clean, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window is simply amazing. It was especially pleasant to enjoy the gentle sound of the water — it created a truly relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks for the medical procedures and the attentive, friendly staff. Everything was top notch! The only small wish is that it would be great if guests were offered natural coffee at breakfast. For example, a coffee machine with a fragrant morning drink would add the finishing touch to the already excellent service. Thank you for the warm welcome! It's a great hotel for the money he's asking for. Clean, cozy, spacious rooms, soft bathrobes and towels (those who travel a lot will appreciate it :)). The buffet is very good, for every taste! The pool is clean, large, and pleasant to swim in. I liked the spa area too. We came with my husband for a day, but decided to stay for two. It's a great place. Everything is done wisely. The staff is very friendly, they help you quickly when contacting us. The food is well-prepared and delicious, there is no shortage of choice. The spa area, especially the water part of the paradise, is open from 7.30 to 23.00. I did not observe any disadvantages, except that on the balcony of the room where you can smoke, you could put a small table in addition to an armchair to put a cup of coffee and an ashtray on it. Everything is fine, we stayed for only 1 day, checked in around 15-00, had time for a doctor's appointment and procedures. There is a very beautiful nature nearby. On the 5th floor there are 2 billiard tables, 1 table tennis and chess set. The buffet is varied, for every taste. Great hotel. A nice breakfast buffet. Cozy rooms with balconies. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. The only thing that surprised me was that there was apparently a shortage of staff on the spa and treatment floor, and I often had to wait for a nurse or massage therapist to come for the treatments. It seems that the spa staff is busy with some important and urgent matters and the clients are just distracting from these matters with their requests 😄

A wonderful hotel located within walking distance from the gallery with mineral water and a beautiful park with waterfalls and a lake where you can ride catamarans. The hotel has included medical treatments: inhalations, massage showers, therapeutic baths, body wraps and a luxurious salt room. The SPA area has a separate huge Jacuzzi pool and a small Jacuzzi next to the pool. There is a Finnish sauna, but no hammam. The water temperature in the pool is 31C. The water is very warm and pleasant for swimming.

We spent 4 wonderful days in the sanatorium. Everything is fine, I want to come back again. The staff is very attentive, the room is clean, comfortable, and the area is great for walking. just BE CAREFUL - there are a lot of hogweed growing! Show the photo of the plant to the children and do not touch it yourself, it is very dangerous, it causes severe burns!!!! The hotel has two swimming pools and on the top floor there is a room with table tennis and billiards. In the evenings, it's nice to listen to a pianist in the lobby - a wonderful performance!

I was in this department in August 2025. Before leaving a review, I saw that this place has a 5.0 rating. I decided to read others and did not understand how to write in the reviews that I did not like the food or the cleanliness of the pool, but put a 5.0 rating… My opinion about the hotel is that it is definitely not worth the money: There is little food in the restaurant, scant choice, they try to charge extra money for everything, lack of service and customer orientation, the SOVDEP setting is actually a sanatorium for a lot of money, three stars in Yerevan is better than this 5. The views and places there are beautiful, but there are also enough hotels there, if you come, then try your luck elsewhere. I do not recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, near the final stop of the minibus from Yerevan (we were traveling from the bus station, tickets are at the box office, departs at 15.00, back at 8.00, seats were booked in advance by calling the driver, the phone is hanging in the cabin). The staff at the hospital is very friendly and courteous. Right now, the accommodation was paid in cash through the terminal, the commission was 1 t AMD. We booked on the website. There is a parking lot. The food, as already written, is so-so. They had chicken salad for dinner, and the next day the salad was rolled into a shawarma for lunch, and the same shawarma was served for dinner. By this time, she already smells unpleasant, disappointing. Desserts are not delicious. But in principle, you can find something to eat, pasta or potatoes are normal. Vegetables, herbs. The rooms are warm, the linen and the rooms are clean. The spa is clean, the sauna is good. If it wasn't for the food, it would be perfect. But for those who are not particularly picky, I definitely recommend it. The hotel is beautiful

A 30° swimming pool for adults, an even warmer pool for children, a sauna and a large Jacuzzi. This is the second year I have been vacationing with my family at the Grand Resort in Jermuk. I just want to mention the excellent service of the hotel. The reception is very fast. Friendly and helpful girls Susanna, Knarik. It was nice when they remembered us and gave us the same room that we had already stayed in earlier. We love visiting our restaurant, having lunch, breakfast, and dinner on the terrace. All the waiters are very attentive, generally a very friendly team, including chefs, waiters, administrators. The kitchen is 10/10. Immediately upon arrival, we go down to our doctor Avakian, she prescribes individual procedures for us, which we are happy to attend (baths, inhalations, massage). Every time we walk around the hotel. There is mineral water nearby, it is very convenient that you can have time to drink before meals. There is also a lake nearby where you can walk, and even ride a catamaran. There is also a beautiful, clean park nearby. There is a necessary market nearby, a pharmacy, you don't have to go far anywhere, even the Jermuk waterfall is within walking distance. The tours are all through the hotel, we were very satisfied. My mom went to the local geyser. It was great 👍 The rooms are well cleaned, we had a corner suite. Great view, and the air. In the evenings, the water makes a pleasant noise. We also got to Jermuk City Day, and we had a concert right under our house. We were very happy! Thanks to the entire hotel team!! We will come back again and again! In general, I liked everything, there were small flaws (not cleaned garbage in the bathroom, and maybe I didn't want pallets in the shower, or maybe the bathroom, but I'm probably finding fault with that), but the staff quickly fixed everything, the rooms are large, lots of air, light, varied food for every taste, even found entertainment billiards - they remembered their youth. In general, Jermuk made a good impression as a small, cozy and clean resort town with delicious air and mineral water that you can drink for 24 hours.

The impressions are mixed. I liked the room very much - it was spacious, beautiful, and there was an awesome hard mattress on the bed. It's all clear. The restaurant is so-so. The service was fu, the food was carried for a long time, and it was not to my taste. The buffet is approx. The pool area is so-so. It's not beautiful, there are bubbles in the Jacuzzi, but there is not much buzz, relaxation from them. But, to be fair, I've only met one normal Jacuzzi in my life, where you climb in and the body immediately relaxes. I also didn't like that when we stopped by, they said that the doctor works until 17. As a result, he worked until 16, and we did not have time for him.
