There is a swimming pool and a fairly large courtyard, the advantages are over
We lived here for a while, and constantly ran after the hostess to pay for the room (we asked how much the room eventually costs, which she said she didn't have time yet... which was strange)
In turn, we left in the morning for excursions and returned in the evening, she never came up to us and did not announce the cost of housing (in 10 days, we approached her 5 times with this question)
As it turned out, we were told the price was higher than we had booked, it turned out that there was a charge for cleaning, for bed linen and other things (usually this is already included in the price of housing), she explained it not immediately because of what the scandal began... by the way, about 3076 lari came out, to which the hostess replied that she would round up the amount and give her 3080 - it's just ridiculous
Nothing was cleaned in the house, it was not said where to eat, at the end of the vacation they showed us that we had to run after her and ask everything.
If you do not want such incidents, immediately keep in mind that the cost is to ask at the entrance, we were very upset, especially by the remarks from the hostess at the end... The terrible end of the vacation

Замечательный гостевой дом! Душевная, гостеприимная и позитивная Хозяйка Лия и ее муж!
На территории несколько зданий и разные варианты номеров, и с двумя спальнями и кухней, и просто большие комнаты! У нас был новый отдельно-стоящий домик у входа, больше студия со своей кухней, красивым туалетом, с кроватью и диваном, три огромных панорамных окна. Вечером включается подсветка дорожек-очень красиво! На территории чистый бассейн, не большой, но поплавать можно.
Мы впервые останавливались в гостевом доме, не в отеле, и остались приятно удивлены! От души рекомендуем место для отдыха!
До моря пешком далековато -около 2,5 км, те примерно 30 мин. но дорога -приятная, по старой части города!

After spending an unforgettable time at the Batumi Wonderland Guest House, I can't help but share my delight and impressions. It was a truly magical experience that left a deep mark on my heart.
From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff of the guest house paid attention to every detail and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms turned out to be cozy, spacious and clean, with exquisite design and amenities that make the stay pleasant and comfortable.
One of the special moments was the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, where we enjoyed breakfast and sunsets, surrounded by the beauty of nature and tranquility. The location of the guest house also turned out to be ideal - in close proximity to the main attractions, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle.
I can't help but mention the excellent service and attention to detail. Each guest house employee was friendly, attentive and always ready to help with any question or request.
In general, the Batumi Wonderland Guest House is an ideal place for those who are looking for privacy, comfort and magical experiences. I am grateful for this experience and without a doubt recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Batumi. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and an unforgettable stay!

Уютный домашний уголок в Батуми! Очень милые и приветливые хозяева Лия и её муж Заза. На территории есть свой бассейн, большая кухня, гамак, мини бильярд. До моря минут 15-20 пешком.

Фантастические место для отдыха почты даром. Всё, что можете пофантазировать здесь есть. Невозможно вкусное вино , вращение, потрясающие хозяева . Комфортные и стильные номера . Для маленьких детей все мелочи . Басейн, веранда, сад , много зелени , летняя кухня .здесь даже можно проводить торжественные события. Свадьбу, день рождения, вечеринку. Конференцию . Есть кинопрлектор и демонстрация фильмов на веранде. Тематические ВЕЧЕРА. Это больше чем хорошая гостиница . Эсто то , что вам не хватает в вашей жизни !Ну всё рекомендуем!!! .
