My product, worth approximately $750, arrived completely damaged due to their handling. After a lengthy claims process, they offered only $100 in compensation, which does not come close to covering the loss. I am extremely disappointed with both the way my shipment was handled and the way this issue was resolved. Customer support was unhelpful, and I did not feel that they took responsibility for the damage. If you are shipping anything valuable, I strongly recommend considering another carrier.

Terrible Experience with Globing – Stay Away! I’ve had the worst experience with Globing. They liquidated my expensive order without my approval. I never agreed to that, and now they refuse to provide any solid proof—no video, no proper explanation, nothing. If you value your money and peace of mind, think twice before ordering through Globing, especially if you’re shipping valuable items. They clearly don’t care about customer trust or responsibility.

Globbing has the worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel is already 5 days late, and every time I call, all I hear is “sorry, I can’t help you.” They can’t even contact their own driver to check when the delivery will happen. Absolutely useless support – no updates, no real answers, just constant apologies. I’ve been calling every single day, and the only thing they tell me is to “wait until the barcode appears.” This is beyond frustrating. If a company can’t track its own deliveries or provide clear communication, what’s the point of having customer service at all?
