The hall is stretched along the perimeter of the glazing of the building (those are not rectangular rooms) and because of this, it is not very convenient to pass through places while using simulators. Some simulators are tired, but all are working. It's good that with such a line-up of the gym, they managed to cram in enough cardio equipment (unfortunately, the ellipsoid does not have foot-locking platforms). There is an area for stretching, press, etc., there is also a corner with a pear. In the evening, the load is 200% and there are not enough dumbbells and pancakes.
There is a sauna (shared), it works perfectly!

Comfortable rocking chair, lots of exercise equipment. Good ventilation, convenient working hours.
The reception staff is friendly and speaks several languages. You can buy water, sports cocktails. Massage services can be purchased.

Apart from the location, there are no advantages. The equipment is old, everything crunches, cracks, there is nothing to breathe. A horse price tag for the worst gym I've ever been in. I am attaching a photo of an ellipsoid for an example.
