Today I will tell you about the most inefficient company in the world. "we will provide you with such service that you will never come to us again" The Georgian Post deserves the 1st place. The parcel was sent in 5 days. I received a message that I can pick up at the address of the Georgian Post office. We got there, waited 2 hours, and couldn't find the package. Then we were told that they would not give it back, because we need an invoice with an inventory of all the things. They said that the declaration, which had passed 2 customs offices, did not suit them. We need receipts for each purchase or screenshots of the order. We did it (I have more than 50 items there) , printed it out, brought it. We were told that it was not suitable, because it was a word and excel, but a pdf was needed. They made a pdf on the spot. They sent it They told us that it didn't fit either, because every receipt should have my name on it. And this applies to used items too. Even if they are 5 years old. When I asked if they could give me a form in which to issue an invoice, they told me that there was no established form, it was arbitrary. After half an hour of waiting, they said that they would not accept the inventory, that an independent assessment should be carried out within 15 days. I replied that we don't have time to wait for the examination, so we will refuse the parcel. Earlier, on the phone, a post office employee said that in this case I would need to officially refuse the parcels and they would be sent to Russia the next day. But today everything has changed. They don't want to accept the refusal, they say they will send the parcels back in May. Then a dialogue took place: -It was said earlier on the phone that you need to make a detailed inventory of all things, estimate the cost, attach receipts if possible, scans from marketplaces will be enough (the WB was given as an example). Attach scans from marketplaces to Used items in order to be guided by the cost. I said I wanted to write a rejection letter. The answer is that we don't have that. We have no rejection I'm talking, and on the phone your employee said that there is. Give me the form. - And we don't have a form. - OK. Give me a clean white sheet. A form immediately appeared. In Georgian. They refused to provide the English version. She said, OK, I'll write it in English, I don't know Georgian. I started writing. They snatched the sheet from me, said that Georgian was their official language, so they had to fill out the form in Georgian, and that the form was now ruined. We said that you didn't have a form at all 15 minutes ago, and now it has appeared, an official one that cannot be filled out in English. Then the girl ran out of arguments about what else was wrong. The result: I wrote a refusal. I say give me confirmation that you accepted the refusal. Answer: No, I won't give it to you. We don't give you anything. - Okay, let me take a photo. - You can't take photos with us, this is the intellectual property of the Georgian Post, it can't be photographed. I won't give you anything. - There is only my personal data and there is not even the details of the organization. "I won't give it anyway - And how can I track the parcel? - On our website. - Give me the track number. I can now easily track the location of the parcel by its number. How do I track her when she goes back? "I won't give you anything." - And then how to track it? The arguments are over. I printed out the track number Here is a story about this post office. I'd like to add that I've talked to 4 people. There was an adequate girl on the phone who said one thing, and in the department itself, for 2 trips, she communicated with 3 more who behaved inappropriately to the situation and were confused in their own words. I will also add that I am deeply pregnant with an obvious belly, I was with my husband. We speak excellent English. But the employee showed 0 customer orientation and banal politeness.
