Perhaps the cars under warranty are serviced differently. But when I arrived with a 2018 car problem, they immediately tried to deny that the diagnosis costs 70 rubles.. Do you really need it? In the end, I replied, yes, we need to solve the problem. As a result, the diagnosis did not happen, I indicated that it was not working, the car was taken away.... Time passed, the diagnosis: they said this node is for replacement, but we don't have it in stock, here's the order, pay for the diagnosis… In fact, in general, if you make a diagnosis, then it's for all nodes from suspension to error reading. As a result, they were overly cautious and said they needed to replace it entirely, they did not answer clarifying questions, and they also did not say the part number. Although initially it was stipulated that if you fix the problem in the center, then the diagnosis is free. But due to the lack of spare parts, they said to search the Internet and come with a spare part (for which they didn't even give a number), in general, there is no desire to go to such officials anymore....
