A bunch of impostors have seized power in GEK-3! They violate the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Cooperatives", the Charter of the cooperative by not holding meetings of garage owners for 8 years!!! Collecting "contributions" from garage owners is done through threats and blackmail! The chairman is a certain Goncharov, who is already 75 years old! Shal ket!
