We were in Abkhazia for the first time, it was scary to go because of rumors about zero service and poisoning in this country, so the hotel was not cheap. All expectations were fulfilled. The rooms are air-conditioned and cleaned daily (we refused to clean twice ourselves). The buffet is not as wide as in Turkey, but it is also good. There was plenty to choose from (I would have included French fries as a must for every dinner, you are very good at it!) And these porridges for breakfast (with the exception of oatmeal on water) are the best! And millet, and wheat, and rice, and semolina! ❤️ The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a small shop right in front of the hotel, which is also very convenient. To make a note of what could be improved and would be even better for vacationers: 1. If you know that guests are supposed to come to you that day, but they don't have time for dinner, leave them food or a dry ration (especially since this dinner has already been paid for these days). We arrived by 22h, the plane was in flight longer than expected, then by the time we got there we were terribly hungry. We didn't have time for dinner, and we had to get food ourselves in the city. If food or the same dry ration had been set aside for us, it would have been very thoughtful of the hotel! 2. The dry ration itself - in my opinion, it would also be worth refining. Sandwich should be packed in a more convenient package and separately from eggs. The water can't be in the glass, because it's heavier and rattled all the way to the airport. And packages!!! Craft bags with handles would be much more aesthetically pleasing. 3. It is mandatory to talk about the transfer to the sea upon check-in. Although the hotel itself is a 10-15-minute walk from the embankment, it is better to go swimming to Mocha or Marnero beach (which we did, leaving each time by taxi). But by the end of our stay, we heard something and saw people packing for a transfer to the beaches in the same direction. And we were not even aware that the hotel also has such a service. Overall, we were satisfied, but there is always something to work on. We will advise our friends! Yes

The hotel is a compact urban multi-storey. It is located in the central part of the city of Sukhum. It is decorated very decently for this region. There is a lobby and immediately a bar, a cafe on the 1st floor. There is a small heated swimming pool behind the cafe. The buffet meals, breakfast and dinner, are quite good. The rooms are themed by floor, in the style of different countries. We lived in a superior room on the Uzbekistan floor. There are balconies. The room has a refrigerator, tea station, bathrobes, safe, folding dryer. Linen change in 3 days, cleaning every day. The girls will answer all your questions at the reception. There is a central market nearby, 800 meters from the sea along one street.
