A very ambiguous hotel. The breakfast is very good!!! There is not much parking space (from the back) in front of the hotel for a fee on working days. The furniture in the room is made of solid wood (for centuries), but...(Number 412) The water temperature is inconvenient to regulate because of cheap faucets, there is no ventilation in the bathroom at all. The shower curtain is also missing. There is only liquid soap in the dispenser. The only time that someone bit us (hopefully mosquitoes) and most importantly, there is a fire alarm or alert installed inside the room at the entrance. So she was quacking all night. The crack lasts 1.5 seconds with a frequency of 10-20 minutes.

The excellent location of the hotel is 3 minutes from Freedom Square and 5 minutes from the Upper Town, where life boils in the evenings.
The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. There is a water cooler on the floor.

At the same time, all furniture and furnishings are in excellent condition, modern equipment. The original plumbing does not save the "tired" bathroom - it frankly disappointed. Thick walls guarantee sound insulation. But the beds are not the most comfortable, obviously because of the old-style. The hotel looks great in winter on Christmas days: beautifully decorated and photogenic. The breakfast is good, there is a choice and very tasty. No wonder the restaurant is included in the complex.

Cool wooden furniture in some kind of "castle" style. There's something atmospheric about it.
Clean, cozy, very convenient location.
Breakfast is simple, but there is everything you need: vegetables, casserole, eggs, sliced cheese, yummy and excellent coffee. And a very nice waitress girl and a beautiful interior.

Cons - the attitude of the staff greatly spoiled the impression of the trip to Minsk. When planning, we chose this hotel, among other things, because of the availability of its own guarded parking lot. But when we checked in, we were told that there was no parking, "put the car in the yard, you won't bother anyone." Well, I didn't want to move, although the yard here is as inconvenient as possible, there is nowhere for cars to leave. And if the car didn't really bother anyone for the first 2 days, then on the third there was a scandal - it turned out that we blocked the exit from the hotel parking lot (yes, it turns out that it exists), our car was not recorded as a vehicle of guests, they threatened to flatten the tires (and this is not counting the rest of the "flattering" words, for example, about the abilities of women's brains to park properly). In general, it turned out that they themselves were to blame, it was necessary to prove to the staff receiving us that they had parking, and we had the right to leave the car on it. Well, that's it... The next time we visit Minsk, we will choose another hotel.

Гостиница понравилась. Очень удобное расположение, все достопримечательности центра в шаговой доступности. Номера просторные, с высокими потолками. Отдыхать после прогулок было комфортно, для центра города непривычно тихо. Шума от соседей тоже не слышал, мне показалось, что звукоизоляция стен вполне приличная. Не приглушает звуков только входная дверь, в коридоре отчётливо слышны разговоры из номеров. Курение в помещениях под запретом, для меня это плюс. Персонал приветливый и доброжелательный. Уборку номера проводили регулярно, не слишком тщательно, однако достаточно чисто. Завтраки хорошие, выбор блюд не особо разнообразный, но вполне приличный. Выгоду не высчитывал, мне просто удобно утром не тратить время на поход в кафе. Претензии к отсутствию чайника в номерах, которые встречаются в некоторых отзывах, считаю безосновательными, поскольку чай отлично заваривается кипятком из кулера, имеющегося на каждом этаже.
Впечатления только положительные.

We lived in a suite. The room is wonderful!
But! In the morning, a puddle was waiting for us in the bathroom!
We are quite calm about different situations - everything happens! But to our remark, the young lady at the reception said that the reason was the small sink (probably we washed so casually). No basic human apologies! With such a room rate per night, it would be quite possible to apologize!
I didn't want to write a negative review, but the hotel sent me a feedback form about the services. I wrote about everything. But I also did not receive an apology from the hotel administration.

I stopped for 4 days as part of a business trip. Nice hotel in the city center, 10 minutes walk to the metro, to shops with local goods as well. Very quiet street. The building inside is pretty: the stained glass windows on the stairs are amazing, the stone stairs, high ceilings and wide wooden window sills are charming.
Clean, nice room. No foreign smell. It seems that underfloor heating is installed in the hallway and bathroom. The hair dryer works fine. A refrigerator is available. There is no kettle, unfortunately, but there was a glass for water, and in the corridor there was a cooler that warmed the water. Wi-Fi works great! We were given a password for two devices at once upon check-in, there were no interruptions. The staff is polite, nice.
Breakfast is modest, but sufficient - there is good coffee from the machine, porridge, green salad, pancakes, cheese, butter, scrambled eggs with bacon, cereal with milk, fruit drinks, cookies, yogurt for dessert and more, including fresh pastries I saw. Nothing special, but satisfying and delicious. On weekdays from 7:15, on weekends - from 8:00.
Nuance: breakfast is included in the bill for accommodation only when paying by card, some nuances with a check. But the cards of the WORLD of Russian banks work, so it will do. The disadvantage is that this was not warned in advance.
Oddities and disadvantages: there are slippers in the room, there is no bathrobe. The sink is terrible in the bathroom, water is poured all around. At breakfast, the dishes are not signed - I understand that cucumbers do not need an introduction, but with what a delicious pancake you have to guess.
In general, a good hotel, there will be another road to Minsk - I will probably stay here again.

- terrible bathroom:
after taking a shower, the whole floor was in water, because the curtains did not protect against this, in addition, water was flowing from under the bath.
- the toilet lid is broken, and the toilet itself was a little shaky
- there was no kettle in the room, so it was not possible to drink coffee early in the morning or tea late in the evening.
- on the first day there was a terrible smell of sewage and the room was very cool.

We stayed in April 2024. Excellent location on a quiet street. An old building with high ceilings. The suite is just wonderful. Bedroom, living room, hallway and 2 bathrooms. In the living room there is a sideboard with dishes and appliances, a sofa, armchairs, ottomans and a sofa. Breakfast is good at the local cafe Pan Hop, where you can also have a delicious dinner. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle; coffee and tea bags, sugar; 2 glasses for drinks. And no utensils for tea (coffee) are provided. Administration, where are the tea cups? A saucer and napkins? I will not remind you about the consequences for furniture from placing a hot glass on it, but it can burst and fragments and boiling water on the client's skin are unlikely to be a reason to return to you.

The place is quiet, near a small pedestrian street. The room is clean, the food (breakfast) is on the level. The only thing I want to note is the noise of the hood in the room. Perhaps it was peculiar to our number. The appeal was told that nothing could be done, this is the normal state of the system. Let's leave it to the conscience of the technical staff. Next time we are ready to stay in the same hotel.

The location is great. The old town is 3 minutes on foot, GUM, the red Church - all within walking distance. Clean, not tired, guest. Not noisy, not crowded. We stayed for two nights without breakfast. It was cool in the rooms, they came to the reception, the employee said that they could not make the batteries warmer, but offered heaters, it became much warmer. The plumbing is not dead, the water pressure is good, you need to wait until the water merges a little and warms up. I recommend the hotel and if we go to Minsk again, I will book it.

We booked 2 rooms.
One had sets in the bathroom (cotton pads, sticks, etc.)
I called the reception, asked to bring it, they said it was not allowed. It is allowed only in the suite.

Parking in front of the hotel is free on weekends.
Delicious breakfasts, although the food is getting cold, barely warm, the air conditioner was blowing strongly in the restaurant.
In the evening, we ordered dinner in the room. The mushrooms in sour cream are a bomb!!!!!
We didn't have any rubles when we checked in. I asked the receptionist if they accept cash. I received an unpleasant answer that do you accept Belarusian rubles in Russia??? So we do not accept money from other countries, only Belarusian rubles, dollars and euros.
Probably, the issues of foreign policy are now aggravated, but it would be more pleasant to just hear: "No, we do not accept."
