Hello everyone
We spent 4 days in Tashkent in January, 2 of them stayed at this hotel.
The impressions are good.
The new hotel, the room is small but quite comfortable, the bed is large, the mattress is normal, the TV is normal, with Russian channels, there is heating, central air conditioning, including heating. The bathroom is normal. The plumbing is new.
The breakfasts are delicious, the choice is small, but everything you need for a healthy, tasty and satisfying breakfast was there.
The hotel is located on a busy street, but there was no gas pollution in the room (windows facing the courtyard). There are shops, cafes and restaurants around, a shop like our Pyaterochka is nearby, everything is unusually cheap, there is a good hotel restaurant and a large cosmetics store across the avenue, the metro is a 10-minute walk away. I recommend
I lived for a whole week. It's clean, tidy, very polite staff, everyone speaks Russian. The room is cleaned every day, even on weekends. There is Internet, cable TV, the hotel itself has a swimming pool, spa and massage parlor, gym, restaurant. In general, I liked everything. The location is also good, the nearest 2 metro stations are 1.5 km away. The US Embassy is a 10-minute walk away. Actually, this was the main thing when choosing a hotel.
For this money, the best hotel in Tashkent. Modern rooms equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances. Everything works. Daily cleaning service. A good breakfast. It is very important that the dishes are regularly updated, you can come to eat at least at 7, even at 11. I know a huge number of more expensive hotels in Uzbekistan, where they cook once by seven in the morning (sometimes even in the evening) and that's it - literally, whoever managed, ate.
By and large, the main disadvantage of this hotel is its location. Yunusabad is a residential area and quite remote. There is nothing around the hotel, behind all the entertainment - to the center. It costs a penny to get there by taxi, but it takes 25-30 minutes. However, this disadvantage is fully covered by the price, somewhere on Aibek it will be significantly more expensive, and the hotel will lose quality to the Garnet.
If you find fault, you would like a better restaurant operation in the evening. If everything is great for breakfast, then it's a problem with dinner. There is simply no half of the menu, drinks are only from the store in tin cans. When we came to dinner for the first time, we were surprised that there was no one else, and when we started ordering, we realized why. We didn't go any more, although, taking into account that there are no standing establishments around, it would be very convenient

A brand new, neat little hotel. The metro station and the TV tower are 15-20 minutes away on foot. 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. If the windows overlook the courtyard, then in the mornings you can hear roosters singing and cows mooing, and in the evenings you can enjoy the flashing multicolored lights of the TV tower. There is a European cuisine restaurant on the ground floor. The average dinner bill is 3,000 rubles for two people without drinks. Very tasty. The breakfasts are excellent for every taste. The hotel's polite and friendly staff will help you solve any problem. I recommend
Very nice hotel: clean rooms, delicious, varied breakfast, beautiful interior. But there were also disadvantages: we booked a double room with an extra bed through ostrovok. We booked in advance and for a full day, although we arrived in the morning of the next day. We were given room keys, but there was no extra bed in the room, they motivated this by the fact that they had to leave a separate request for an extra bed. But by the number of people, you can already guess that we will not be accommodated in two separate beds. It took a very long time to negotiate, but, in the end, we were provided with a mattress.
The staff is not arrogant and tries hard.
Another disadvantage is that they did not keep track of the fact that dishes or food were running out during breakfast. I should have asked.
And another minus for the SPA. A very dirty Jacuzzi. The walls were all dirty. At the same time, we came to the session at 10.30 am.
I stayed on business for a week in January. The pool was closed, but there was a hammam, etc. I took breakfast - it was edible. The coffee is just great. Honey, jam, cheese, dried fruits, nuts. The buffet is like in a Turkish hotel. The room has a kettle, instant tea and coffee, and a refrigerator. The shower cabin. The toilet has a built-in bidet. Everything is clean, there are no insects. There were 2 bottles of water on the table. The staff is friendly, we can arrange it. I recommend.
The hotel is not a chain hotel, hence there are certain ones. Let's say. Problems. According to the device. Everything is quite clean in principle, the guys are very loyal. Staff. Well, let's say they just don't reach the top five. I would go there again, yes
A great hotel, beautiful, the rooms are perfect, the mattress is stiff and it's perfect! The backyard with a swimming pool and tennis is cool. Breakfast is a big buffet, everything is delicious. I recommend it!
Nice hotel! We were vacationing with relatives. Friendly staff, there is a swimming pool, sauna. A delicious and varied breakfast. You can have a delicious meal. The interior is beautiful, the rooms are clean, everything is working
I liked EVERYTHING about this hotel!!!
The atmosphere of comfort and friendliness!
Very clean, absolutely comfortable!
If I ever get to visit Tashkent again, I will try to book a room in Garnet.
I will also recommend only this hotel!)))
A good hotel for a stop in the city without frills, a varied hearty breakfast, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need, the staff is friendly and helpful, I recommend it for a short stop
I liked the service at the hotel. The staff is helpful, the breakfasts are varied, delicious, I found the room clean and cozy, but there was a little wind from behind the door to the balcony. A cozy hotel. I will advise her colleagues and friends.
Nice hotel, close to metro stations, although taxis are so accessible that the metro was not used. The hotel has a good spa, 1 hour is included in the price. The room has everything you need for your stay - from a toothbrush to a shoe sponge. It's nice that everything is surrounded by care. The cleaning staff is very friendly, they respond positively and cheerfully to any request, they try to help in any way they can. All the hotel staff and reception staff are client-oriented people! Compared to other hotels that were on our way to Uzbekistan, I would like to slightly revise the breakfast menu. But in general, we were not hungry. Thank you for the welcome and care!
I really liked the hotel 👍👍👍 the room is spacious, absolutely everything is very functional, convenient location of switches, excellent bathroom. I definitely recommend you to visit.
A wonderful and cozy hotel! Friendly and courteous receptionists, always ready to help with calling a taxi, finding a suitable restaurant! It can be seen that the hotel is newly built, everything is clean and even the carpet in the room is thick! And the best part is the price! Compared to other hotels, it is the most democratic! I highly recommend it! Thanks to the hotel staff for the excellent service!
The hotel is super! Cleanliness, comfort, chic and friendly staff. There is everything you need in the rooms, from towels to a toothbrush. There is also a gym, sauna, hammam. Breakfasts are a separate story, according to the buffet system, everything is very tasty and a huge selection. If desired, a restaurant is open, you will not stay hungry. A swimming pool in the courtyard is being completed.
The rooms are clean, complete with a comfortable shower, toilet, everything is there, towels, bathrobes, coffee tea, water included, various breakfasts (buffet)
The staff is polite, tries to solve problems (in my case, I wanted a massage, but the masseuse did not come to work, apparently another one was called). As a result, we decided.
So yes, I recommend it.
Very cozy hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, there is everything for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a restaurant with traditional and national dishes, everything is very tasty. There is a SPA complex, but unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of this opportunity, as we walked around beautiful Tashkent a lot.
One of the best in the city! I definitely recommend it. Cleanliness and responsive staff.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. The standard superior room is clean, stylish, everything you need is there (there are no bathrobes). There is a gym on the 1st floor, a small swimming pool in the courtyard, but it was difficult to use, it did not look heated and the smell was so-so. The breakfasts were modest, they did not go hungry, but with a small choice, they did not bring food if they ran out. The room was booked for three, in fact it turned out to be exactly for two. The additional place was organized after a reminder that there were three of us. The extra place turned out to be a mattress on the floor. It's still kind of a shame. The windows looked out onto the street, and I didn't sleep well with the infernal traffic in Tashkent.
I recommend 10 out of 10. A beautiful hotel, incomparable service, perfect cleanliness, delicious and varied food - thanks to the restaurant staff. Many thanks to the manager Akmal for helping my mother-in-law Elena P. with all questions. I wish the hotel further development and prosperity- we will definitely come again.
Total 4. For a lot of little things that can and should be cleaned. For example, the toilet paper basket is broken. The pedal cannot lift the lid. I don't want to do it with my hands, they put it in a bag. They didn't throw it in the toilet. There are deposits under the bed. We even found a jar of cucumbers;) There was more, but I won't mention it, maybe it's just me who was so lucky. And this will greatly spoil the impression.
Breakfast solid 4. Every day something new. Separately, I would like to highlight melons. We took melons every day at the bazaar, and they tasted better at breakfast at the hotel.
The reception staff is 5 with a slight minus. All issues were resolved very promptly and friendly. Minus for the inability to work with email. They respond in 3 days. Only one of my two letters was answered. And the question was important! At first, I thought that everyone in Uzbekistan was responding like that, but no, now in Samarkand and here the hotel was very promptly conducting correspondence.
All conditions are excellent. The staff is helpful, the rooms are cozy, the breakfasts are super. Very convenient location.
A new, compact and cozy hotel!
The price is lower than the market price compared to other similar qualities.
Clean, friendly staff, tea, coffee, delicious breakfasts in the room, very cozy hotel and good location. In the backyard you can swim in the pool, relax under the baton bearer.
The hotel is excellent, everything is at the highest level, the rooms are spacious and cozy, there are all personal hygiene items, good mattresses on the bed, and this is the most important thing when traveling for a good rest, friendly staff, definitely 5 stars
Nice, small hotel.
The impression is good.
The staff may not be fully trained in the high quality of service provision, so there is no pressure on them.
Breakfast is monotonous. It 's not quite fresh on weekends. 🙃
The pool with cool water is wonderfully refreshing. Always free))
The room was cleaned after several requests and reminders))
It is better not to move into the first floor. The noise from the reception at night.
Nice, clean hotel! The restaurant did not have half of the menu, but this is a common thing in Uzbekistan. The rooms are on the ground floor with high ceilings. 103 room is good, for a couple or a couple with a small child. Taxis were willing to come to this part of Tashkent. The supermarket is across the street. There is an ATM, but the exchange rate is bad. And of course the pool, a big plus for it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great hotel. It looks like a Turkish 4*-5*. The staff is very polite and helpful, always ready to help. Clean, bright. WiFi is available throughout the hotel. A nice bonus is the presence of a sauna and a hammam. Metro and shops are within walking distance. Decent value for money. I recommend it to those traveling in Tashkent.
Really, a great hotel. I think this is the case when you do not expect and do not pin your hopes, but you get more than.
Nice facade and great rooms. There is a swimming pool and a SPA. Delicious breakfasts.
Nice, friendly staff.
