At first, they told us it was not a hotel but a motel. There was not even a reception. Communication was very poor. There was no restaurant, just a food court with very bad food. There was no security or any employees working there at night, so security was zero. When we asked about this, they initially lied, saying there was an employee, but then admitted that since it was a motel, there should not be a security employee. The corridor smelled bad and was not clean. At first we were told that this was not a hotel, but a motel. There wasn't even a reception. Communication was very bad. When we asked about it, they lied at first, saying that there was an employee, but then admitted that since it was a motel, there shouldn't be a security guard. The hallway smelled bad and was dirty.
