Easy to find, well organised, pleasant, helpful staff. You do have to wait outside or in corridor until 15minutes before your appointment!! I expected to be able to pick my passport with visa in from there later - BUT this is not an option!! I had to quickly find a colleague 's address for the courier service - later it was easier for me to pick the passport up myself from the courier service's office!! Online tracking didn't work, but I did receive emails to let me know where the process was up to. Completed Visa took 30 days.

Моя история будет о цыганах, которые раньше разводили на деньги в метро, а теперь перебрались на проспект Мира 64. Каждый мой шаг для подач на визу напоминал на "Пришёл за визой, ушёл с ощущением, что без допуслуг меня не пустят даже в соседний подъезд" и если я не возьму прайм тайм, не возьму курьера (за каждого человека нужно отдельно доплачивать, даже если вы живёте по одному адресу), не сделаю дополнительную копию билетов (по дичайшей цене ксерокопии в этом месте), то мне просто плюнут в паспорт и визу я не получу. Тот "менеджер", который меня курировал онлайн, настоял на ранней записи (чуть больше месяца), ссылаясь на безопасные сроки, по итогу просто не отвечал на сообщения.
