The first time everything was fine, delicious juicy burger, very pleasant impressions.
We decided to come in a few days for our son's birthday. When the burger arrived, it began to fall apart after the first bite. It turned out that under the buns is not the usual cutlet, but pieces of hard-to-chew, and sometimes not at all chewy meat with veins.
???? What's it? When I was asked what happened to the meat, I was answered: "Aah, the knives in the meat grinder just blunted, and I had to cut the meat with a knife." There are no words, only exclamations!
If I can't provide a quality product, I just don't open that day, go sharpen knives, buy new ones. Or, as a last resort, I warn people about hardware problems so they can make an informed choice. Isn't that how it should be??
They did not apologize to us, they did not offer a discount, nothing was done to somehow smooth out the unpleasant impression.
It was a very disappointing experience, my son was really looking forward to a delicious burger for his birthday, but it turned out what it turned out to be.
Guys, how is that?! I really hope that you will hear this feedback and take measures to avoid such situations.
When we arrived for the first time, the burgers were on fire! There are huge veins in burgers today, cutlets are not chewed. That's half the trouble, but here's the waiter's answer (is he a cook?) — the whole trouble. "Unfortunately, a knife stood up in the meat grinder today." There is no answer to the question why they did not warn, as well as an apology or an offer to compensate for something. It's very annoying, considering that we drove here for an hour and a half for our son's birthday.
