To the question of why they work out in other pools and you don't, she has one answer. We have such rules. I turned to the director, to which she told me that they also need to earn money, and without a certificate, the money will not be returned. In the locker room, the cleaner shouts at the children that they come out wet from the shower. After talking to other moms, they confirmed that the cleaners here are rude and rude. We wrote complaints, but the administration is satisfied with everything. I went into the locker room today and there was a puddle near the exit from the shower and drawers, although there were 2 children. To my remarks, Nina, the cleaner, began to prove that she should wipe up puddles only after leaving, and that a child or an adult might slip, she doesn't care and generally needs to wipe herself in the shower and get dry. That there are rules and in general we have been in the locker room for 15 minutes, and that my child has a wet head and going out in cold weather will immediately get sick and the director and the cleaner don't care. Children don't follow the rules, and neither do adults. But in order to wipe it quietly, she began to scream and read the rules, saying that the child should already walk and dry himself. I now understand why they say that, you can shout at children as much as you want and adjust, and what will fall and break something is nonsense. Rude, rude, arrogant! I am terribly shocked by such a service.

We came with our son, approached the girl, once again said that we wanted to take a look at the gym before making a decision about visiting. In response, they heard that yes, please go up to the third floor.
We went to the staircase and then the most important person met us - the cleaner. And the cry began - why are we going without shoe covers. And nothing that it's 29 degrees outside and no one has heard about the rains for a week (there are no puddles either), that the receptionist didn't say a word about shoe covers, and I didn't see any vending machines with shoe covers downstairs.
Then another one joined her - with indignation on the same topic.
As a result, perhaps the gym is not bad, but as long as the cleaners allow themselves such behavior towards potential customers, I do not set foot in this institution.

Спорткомплекс после ремонта. Аккуратненько, чистенько. В женской раздевалке порядок, есть душ и чистый санузел. Спортзал бюджетный, но чисто и обстановка дружелюбная, нет пафоса, всё просто. Правда беговая дорожка уже практически год не может отремонтироваться и коврики, наверное, года три не мылись.
Бассейн для детей отлично. Проффесиональные тренера, тёплый детский бассейн. Во взрослом на 25 м, как попадешь. Иногда 3-5,реже 2-3 на дорожку, в основном ходят люди после 50. Вообщем спасибо, что такой недорогой комплекс есть, есть возможность и взрослым и детям заниматься спортом.

There is a complete disgrace in terms of the attitude towards visitors, starting from the entrance, eternally dissatisfied madams who give out the keys to the lockers, then the cleaners are a separate disaster, arrogant, uneducated boors!!! Lockers, subject to availability, give out everything nearby by numbers, provided that half of the locker room is free!?! The only thing is that not all of them are coaching staff, but it's hard to call some of them a coach! In general, one disorder!!!

Only outerwear can be handed over to the wardrobe, shoes are not accepted in the package, EVERYONE's shoes are lying on the floor under the benches and NO one is responsible, you can only go upstairs in a change of shoes, but for some reason this does not concern the workers, the cleaners come and go directly to the second floor in street shoes, then what is the point at all?

Gleb Dmitrievich, the coach in the children's group, is strict and demanding, but the children like it. On Saturday, there are few people at adult sessions after lunch.

Маловат для Уручья. Когда две дорожки заняты детскими клубами, то тесновато на оставшихся двух. В душе толкотня, т.к.из малого бассейна выходят малыши одновременно с теми, кто плавал в большом. Как-то развели бы расписание бассейнов, чтобы так не получалось, потому что потом эта толпа перпходит в раздевалку, получается теснота и очередь к фену.

Хорошо что он есть. Сам бассейн на 4, а вот качество сервиса оставляет желать лучшего. Лучше бы передать Фок Уручье на баланс и управления Аква-Минск, кто был в Фок Серебрянке тот поймет

Хороший бассейн на 4 дорожки, есть детский бассейн для занятий с ребёнком.
Тренажёрный зал тоже хороший. Есть все необходимое, но любителем делать модные фото не понравится. Обстановка простая. Из минусов только не очень хорошая кардио зона.

Могу оценить только бассейн. Одним словом: средний. 4 дорожки маловато, вода прохладная (температуру не менял, но по ощущениям), но чистая. Персонал доброжелательный. Буду ходить ещё.

Нормальный бассейн, персонал вежливый, хожу туда очень давно, единственный минус тренер который наблюдает за плаваньем в выходные, нырять нельзя и вообще ничего нельзя, в выходные больше не хожу, тип неприятный

Немного неприятное ощущение от посещения данного комплекса.
При разминке порвался мяч(торчал штырь на футбольном поле),даже не пытались урегулировать ситуацию.
Мяч очень дорогой был.
А если бы это был ребенок?

Неплохой бассейн. Но хочется отметить совершенно хамское отношение кассира. Их там две, я говорю про пожилую женщину. Мы потеряли абонемент, вроде бы рядовая ситуация. Но меня пытались отчитать как маленькую девочку. "Что вы за мамаша такая?", вздохи, цоканье языком, максимально недовольное лицо. В конце она сделала мне выговор за телефон, который я держала в руках:"Я её зову, а она в телефоне зависла!". Блин, я в свои 40 с лишним лет давно не сталкивалась с таким отношением. Ну извините, что отвлекла от работы. Разве так можно разговаривать с клиентами? Прошу принять меры.

Прекрасный бассейн. Чисто, уютно. Есть все необходимое: фен, хорошие, удобные душевые, большие шкафчики. Народу летом не много. Рекомендую всем
