That night, two members of our group developed severe food poisoning — vomiting, fever, extreme weakness, and most disturbingly, convulsions. Both had to be hospitalized urgently. One remained under medical supervision with IV fluids and medications for over 24 hours. This wasn’t some mild stomach upset — this was a life-threatening toxic reaction. The fact that such seafood is being sold to the public is beyond unacceptable — it’s criminal negligence. There was no refrigeration, no clear sanitary controls, and no concern for consumer safety. We demand a full inspection and accountability. This place should not be allowed to operate until serious health standards are enforced. Tourists and locals: stay away from this market. It’s not worth risking your life.
