I do not advise you to contact this bank! The application works very poorly, periodically the map also starts to work poorly. Everything was aggravated by the fact that when transferring money from the Russian Federation to the card, I received the wrong amount. The bank in the Russian Federation confirmed that the error is not on their side. According to the exchange rate at the time of transfer, there is not enough from 1500 to 2000 SOM. The support service has been responding the same thing for 3 days already. As I understand it, no one is going to deal with this issue. Be careful if you use the services of this bank. I highly do not recommend it!
