However, the service suffered terribly all three times. The first time I wrote off the fact that they are working in test mode (although on the contrary it would seem that the work of the staff should be at the level). In the other two, it became obvious that this was just a problem of the institution. The menu, dishes, bill, and change are being carried very slowly. They don't always have information about the dishes. In total, the expectation is greater than the actual absorption of the dishes. I also note that all three times either the managers or the owners were sitting in the hall itself, working on a laptop, doing accounting. This generally spoils the impression of the institution, it seems that we do not come to the coffee shop with freelancers

But there are several points that are unacceptable for an institution of this level
The purpose of the review is to praise Elizabeth and at the same time draw the attention of management to problems in which she is not to blame
1. I ordered tea as soon as I came in to keep warm. But they didn't bring me tea for 15 minutes. I went to the counter and asked for tea again. I saw how they make it right away - they forgot ... (I ordered tea from another employee, not Elizabeth)
2. The tea was very strong, I asked for boiling water twice. It was poured, of course, but at some point there were no cores for brewing in the institution and they asked us to take it away, because someone else ordered the tea. Provide employees with enough inventory
3. As a greeting, they said that there would be a dessert with a candle, but later it turned out that there were none (candles). This is again a question of providing employees with the necessary inventory, the purpose of which is banal customer orientation

Beautiful interior and delicious coffee — that's all of the advantages. There is simply no service. We took the menu ourselves, ordered the food ourselves, too, and came to pay again ourselves, at the checkout. I don't know if that's what it was meant to be, but they came up to the other tables. There were very few people in the hall, if anything.
The food was waited for about 30 minutes. Delicious! But it does not justify its price from the word at all (I am writing this for the first time😅)
I took a sweet potato with shrimps — for 25p they put 2 shrimps cut in half. There is no filing (compare with other photos immediately after the opening of the institution). The cheese is not parmesan, as indicated on the menu.
The coffee, as I have already written, is delicious! A large 8p cappuccino.
In general, something sooo strange))) Like a Soviet canteen, but with a modern interior. If you are out of the habit of poor service, you are here) Purely for a change.

We ordered 2 tonics and zucchini fritters right at the bar, because we were waiting for the waiter for 15 minutes. We paid off immediately at the bar
They brought 1 tonic and zucchini, we waited for the second tonic for 20 minutes. As a result, when they went to the bar, it turned out that the guys had safely forgotten and were talking casually. Things happen. They offered as compensation any drink from the menu for free. Subsequently, none of the waiters came to the table to offer "compensation".
I won't come here anymore :)

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I will have to) I was at the institution in the first week of its opening, they brought me coffee 20 minutes after ordering, forgetting about dessert, I had to ask for it twice (it wasn't cooked, they are presented in the window). When the coffee had already cooled down, dessert was brought after another 20 minutes. The coffee was objectively poorly whipped, the dessert is basic, there are no complaints about it. A friend took breakfast, a poached egg looked disgusting, pancakes with red fish were also a disappointment. I came to the institution after a while, unfortunately, the impression remained the same. In principle, more work needs to be done on the service and menu. There is an assumption that the reviews of those who liked it here came only to take a picture against the background of the chandelier on Instagram) Two stars for the interior and location

Firstly, the table that I booked in advance (by phone and on the booking site I indicated table 7) was occupied, and it was offered to us only 15 minutes after we arrived, we said we will now resolve this issue and sort it out, but I don't understand why it wasn't possible to book right away. It was extremely uncomfortable and ruined the start of the evening.
Secondly, I had a severe allergic reaction to your cocktail, which I ordered.The girls gave me allergy pills, thanks to them, it helped me, but then why not remove the cocktail from the receipt or suggest something else, given that I only took a sip and left it aside.
And finally, I was not congratulated on my birthday. I was waiting for some kind of sweet surprise (dessert) from your institution, although the institution knew about my holiday. I also indicated on the booking site that the girl has a doctor, and by phone to the administrator, I also indicated this, she said, yes, we are super waiting for you on Saturday at our institution.
It left an unpleasant impression and spoiled the mood.

I don't understand the point of booking on a special website where you can even choose a table, if this in no way guarantees that you will sit at this table. Upon arrival at the institution, you will simply be told "OK, take any available table."

I visited the place on 23.06. I took risotto with shrimp, a friend took pasta Carbonara. Risotto is tasteless rice, more like boiled rice, not risotto.
