The cigarettes at the checkout are not in a special cabinet, but in bulk in a cardboard box without a lid under the seller's feet. If you have cash, then there is never any change. The cashier leaves to look for a change, and the whole queue is standing and waiting. Half of the cashiers are louts, and they don't care about the customers. I do not know how the network management will allow it to work like this.
