A great hotel. Conveniently located. Transport is different nearby. The taxi does not bring you a little, you will need to walk with a suitcase for two minutes. Very close to the main attractions. The breakfasts are normal. The room is super, everything is clean, everything works. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Employees understand and speak English. The suitcases were carried and brought, and they were escorted to the taxi. The transfer was organized. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come ourselves!!!
The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Everything is close and very convenient. I definitely recommend it. But there are rooms with tiny windows facing the courtyard. Therefore, if you order a room with a window, then you can be given one with the same, more like a window pane. But it's quiet, because if you take a room with a window on the street, it's noisy, although the street is not crowded. A decent hotel, but not cheap. Like everyone else in Turkey now
The best modern hotel in Istanbul.
There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception - a woman from 9 to 18 o'clock. She was very pleasant, told me all about the hotel, the sights, and presented me with a map of the city. She also explained that administrators can write to WhatsApp at any time in Russian, they translate through a translator, they will understand. So I wrote to them, and they replied in Russian. Daily cleaning, replenishment of tea, coffee, water, shower accessories every day. All the staff are polite and friendly.
All the sights are nearby. We rested at the hotel between walks.
The breakfast is delicious and fresh.
There is a grocery chain store very close by, where we bought chocolates, chips, and Cola for cheap.
The hotel has free Wi-fi, the Internet is fast. There is always hot water in the shower.
I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
Excellent hotel, located in the very center of Istanbul, all the main attractions are within walking distance. Near the Gulhane tram stop, metro.
The interior is cool, cute, and bright. We got a very small room, but enough for an overnight stay. Compact and cozy. A lot of mirrors) this is a plus for me) The room has everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, tea and coffee, water, a TV, a cool bathroom with all accessories and a hairdryer.
Breakfast is buffet-style, varied and delicious.
The staff does not understand Russian. Which is still a small minus, for tourists like me, We left earlier, at night, and wanted to take breakfast on the road, which is paid for. One administrator seemed to understand us and said that we would assemble OK. But when it was time to leave, the staff changed, and he said that he was not supposed to.. and we already had neither lira nor water with us. It's a shame that this happened. We were hoping for that.
A great hotel, I advise you, almost like a chain hotel. Very friendly staff, couldn't see the terrace, the view from it should be gorgeous. I hope the repairs will be completed by the season. The location of the hotel is such that you can literally immediately feel the mood of Istanbul. There is a tram stop nearby, which takes you to almost all popular attractions.
A great hotel, we were very comfortable with the child. A five-minute walk to all tourist spots
On a quiet street, the hotel is always cleaned and smells nice
A great hotel in the center of Istanbul. After the overnight flight, we were immediately checked in (at 12 o'clock instead of 14:00). We were so tired from the road, so when we were offered tea or coffee in Turkish, we felt cared for. Delicious varied breakfasts. Clean - cleaning every day. There is a large cozy reading room - in which we were able to wait for the transfer to the airport after eviction ... since it was raining outside and we no longer had the strength to walk).
I recommend it!
Stay for a day at this hotel. All night on the road, it turned out to arrive earlier at 10 o'clock. Check-in at 14 o'clock. They asked to move in earlier, as they were very tired from the road. As a result: at 14.20. And then after repeated requests. I really didn't like it. The staff is indifferent. I don't recommend it.
Back in June 2022, I booked two Standart single rooms, from September 24 to September 30, 2022, for my mother and her friend. The ladies are 80 years old. Upon check-in, the administration, I take advantage of the fact that the girls are a little older and do not understand anything in Turkish, put them in one room. The ladies themselves tried to solve this issue at the reception, But to my surprise it turned out that NO ONE speaks Russian at the hotel. And this is despite the fact that the hotel positions itself as a very good one, located in the city center, which is one of the central cities of the world.
Only 2 days later, we learned from the evushkas how they were settled, they were shy to say before. At the same time, when we started to clarify this issue with the administration, we were told that they simply did not understand them, despite the fact that the ladies had their own voucher on hand, for each, indicating the reservation. It seems that the English inscription "Standart single" is also poorly understood at the reception.
Most of all, I am outraged not even by cheating, but by the ugly attitude towards older women (80 years old!!!), attempts to deceive unscrupulous girls, if we had not made a fuss they would have lived in the same room.
I always used to think that Oriental people respect the elderly. I am extremely disappointed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND the hotel!
A wonderful hotel in Istanbul. All the sights are within walking distance. At the reception they gave a map and explained where to go. We had breakfast included in the price. The buffet. Delicious. There is a lobby downstairs where you can sit with a laptop.
Overall, a great hotel for a reasonable price.
