We rested from September 10 to September 15, 2024, we liked everything, there are no complaints about the hotel, the staff too, everyone is responsive, the rooms were cleaned every day, the bar was soapy and the bar was supplemented, in the evenings we carried sweets to the rooms, we rested on the qvi club card, it was written in the voucher without breakfast, but breakfast was, we had dinner already in a local restaurant, where Georgians eat their own food.. The only minus and the question is already for qvi, for some reason, instead of a week of rest, it turned out to be only 5 nights, and no one answered.. But the hotel itself is gorgeous, I'll be back in a year, the second one for sure.
A gorgeous hotel. The service is at the highest level. 3 swimming pools, rocking chair, spa salon. Breakfast was not possible to try everything, it was very tasty. The sea is 70 steps away, the beach is clean. This is the place where you want to come again.
After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price tag is certainly too high. Why 5 stars is also unclear. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I drove myself and parked (as it turned out, not there). When they asked the reception to help with the suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, they asked me to re-park the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the hallway on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like grandma's in the village. The coffee machine in the room turns out to be paid!!! There are dried bakery products at breakfast, juices are not topped up - we did not have time for them, margarine instead of butter, the tables do not have time to clean up- everything is filled with plates, as a result we sat down at a dirty table. The tea and coffee set was not added when cleaning the room. The beach towels are all washed, old. I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts at the pool - most likely from last day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, the stench is there, and the queue is also gathering. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be rated 3 stars. They don't know what the service is

I would like, however, not to remember for a very long time, but to return here as to a familiar house, to friends and drink good wine to good songs... Arrive.
We had a great rest with our family . According to the package from kunet (a Malaysian company), a week cost 100,000 rubles for two and a child under 6 years old. And it costs 40,000rubles a day on the spot. It's the middle of August. The hotel is gorgeous, there are 3 pools on the street. One indoor plus sauna and spa for those who wish. The breakfasts are awesome . The buffet. Lunch and dinner are optional. There is a private beach 10 meters from the hotel. Everything is great. A lot of foreigners are vacationing at the hotel. Batumi is 23 km away.

The owner of the hotel is a world man. Treats everyone with respect. Breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are mere pennies. The sea is nearby. The pool, the cafe are all at a high level.

They wanted to pay half the cost by prior arrangement (to fix the reservation), they said that they could come at any time on any day, as a result, upon arrival, the right person was not at work (or the system did not work) and it did not work, it happens. We agreed to pay the next morning, the manager will call, and we will resolve this issue.
As a result, I had to call myself, it turned out that I allegedly did not want to pay for the room because the payment was non-refundable (I knew this and agreed to the corresponding question at the reception)
I sincerely hoped for some level of service based on the cost, but apart from constant transfers from one manager to another, I did not get anything, I do not advise to rest in this hotel, for the first time in my life such a disregard for the client in a place offering such a high level of comfort according to the brochure

And that's 5*? This hotel flatters itself. Absolutely non-client-oriented staff. You will not get smiles, greetings and wishes. The exception is the lovely maids cleaning the room. There is no iron, only ironing for money. There are two coffee capsules of 6 GEL each in the room. The general Kobulet beach, where there are about two dozen battered plastic chaise lounges without a mattress. No toilet, no proper shower, no bar, no service - nothing, except for the beautiful sea. In September, it was uncomfortable without a heated pool, the water is always very cold in both outdoor pools. A very small swimming pool in the indoor wellness center. Delicious breakfasts, lovely clean rooms, green area with the smell of eucalyptus trees. We visited the Paragraph on a rainy day- that's where the service is. Very friendly and well-trained staff.
Strange guys... With a horse price tag, the service is Adjarian... 1. The most fun thing is to arrange an openair disco on your territory until 2 am. Both their tenants and all the neighbors do not sleep. 2. The room stock begins to degrade - the ventilation in the room does not work, the phones also every other time. 3. They take money for everything: a tennis court that is not occupied by anyone is paid, an iron is not allowed to iron things, only as an additional service. 4. The beach on the sea is equipped purely formally, which is also strange (5. Some umbrellas on the territory do not open, because it is not very sunbathing by the pool, it is very burning:). In general, if you are 20 and you are clubbing, then it is normal, but if you are with your family, then I do not recommend it.
The hotel is like an oasis in the desert of the small town of Kobuleti. That's just not all right with the service here. The staff periodically forgets to perform their duties. If you don't pay attention to the fact that it's like 5 stars, then the mountains are at your feet, the sea air is in your lungs. A great place to relax with children!

We were at the hotel on August 22.
We also booked a room for 2 adults and a child of 5 years old within 50,000rubles for 6 nights with breakfast.
There are no claims at all for this price!
But(!) the hotel cost more than 100,000rubles on Booking!!!
The breakfasts are the same every day. Pancakes are like rubber, waffles are like rubber, the omelette that is cooked in front of you is tasteless. Not a single cake at breakfast. Fruits in limited quantities and not on the common table, we had to beg for them from the restaurant staff. And there was never a watermelon or melon, only for a fee of 30lari.
On day 4, I didn't want to eat anything anymore (
We sat at the bar twice. The bar and restaurant are very expensive (but this is expected in 5 stars). We ordered alcohol at the bar. The bartender poured a non-alcoholic long Island for the first time, the other time he cheated us with a gin and tonic, passing it off as Bombay! And it was no longer this that puzzled us, but how the manager, the bartender and the waiter behaved at the moment when we began to resent the fact of deception.
The territory of the hotel is quite small. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory: 2 outdoor (one with sea water, the other with ordinary), the 3rd-indoor. But there weren't many people, especially in the early days, and it saved.
There is quite a playground.
I liked the room service. It was always clean. The room was cleaned 2-3 times when we were away. And the staff does not take money from the word at ALL. We both left them on the bed and offered them personally.
And the huge disadvantage of this hotel is that we came with friends and our friend had others. For a whole week we ran to the reception, then to the restaurant with a request to arrange at least something for her: a cake or a compliment in the room. But they didn't do ANYTHING to her even when we reminded the girls at the reception about it on the day of departure-the day after her departure!!
We even offered to pay for this service, to which we were told that it was completely free and the service was provided by the hotel to every guest on the island.
Dear management, your hotel is the business card of your country. Do you really not value your reputation so much, allowing your staff to make such mistakes??

A good hotel, it has been in existence for about 15 years, but it is well preserved. The place is good, the territory is beautiful, the beach is close by, the food is delicious.
Of the cons:
- not all staff speaks and understands Russian
- there is no iron and ironing board in the room, there is no place to iron things in the hotel
A large area. Bamboo grove. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Friendly and courteous staff. In the evenings, the maestro plays the piano masterfully and beautifully in the lobby. Excellent three pools, two outdoor and one indoor. spa. A gorgeous veranda on the roof. The only disadvantage is that there is not a single fully working bike, I assembled one out of five myself.
We arrived unscheduled in Kobuleti, I was sad, where can I stay, boring hotels and houses. We stopped at the Georgia Palace, it's 5 out of 5. Full price and quality match. We were very satisfied!

Large landscaped area, 2 outdoor pools (without heating) and another indoor one. The beach is pebbly, sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels are included in the price.

I'm currently vacationing in this hotel, I'll start with the fact that I'm very moody....The hotel is super!!! Everything is fine, the service is at the highest level, food, cleanliness....Everything is just super!
Cool, like in Turkey! Every day compliments from the staff, wonderful rooms, delicious cuisine. And today we're going to ride bicycles around the neighborhood, since everyone has enough of them here.
