Clean and nice breakfast. Service pore. Price of the hotel is high but we need to pay for everything extra. Guest girl from didn't gave info about extra payments. So it was always surprise for us : sunbeds, swiming pools, aquarium park. Big swimming pool was closed for 2 days, so it was really crowded in small ones. Personal pore in English, can't speak Russian. Stupid rools: i can't eat hachapoory in cafe together with my children , because they wanted milkshake. Becouse it different restoran . Common! You created all food in one kitchen, but I can't eat it together?!! Aqua park was closed at 19, ahainst 20, Whiich told me before morning. Off. I paid really big money for hopping get relax. But pore service always made me nervous

It's very depressed place in winter. Cold apartments and personal always opens outer door. Tiny walls so if you get children in next apps your holiday will be ruined no doubt. Local cats is also a problem. Seems in summer you can't let the door opened without a chance to found a cat. But without winter's weather problem it's nothing to do and nothing to eat in whole hotel complex. Only one restaurant at top floor works but service there needs to be improved. But I need to mention attitude of park. It's beautiful. Only I was needed are signs of tree types.

After reading the reviews, we were a little worried about the food and furniture in the room. In the end, we worried in vain. The rooms are clean, there is cleaning every day, the beds are very comfortable. The only thing we weren't warned about was that the superior rooms were in a different building (it wasn't very convenient for our large family that our rooms were in different buildings, but later we got used to it). In Building 11, the rooms are small and cramped, but in general we were in the room only at night, so you can close your eyes to it. The buildings with superior rooms have larger rooms and direct access to the sea. As for the food, we had breakfast and dinner included, and we never regretted it. A varied buffet, something new every day and everything is delicious. The pools are free. And there is coffee)) . ( they wrote that it wasn't at all ) The private beach is very clean, there aren't many people, they give out clean towels, you can safely take as many sun loungers and umbrellas as you need. The territory itself is incredibly beautiful and well maintained. There are bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, bowling, billiards, a room with board games, a water park (free for children under 6 years old) There is also another saltwater pool, which is paid for. They help with suitcases, responsible people walk around the territory and check the order, the pools are cleaned. In general, after reading the reviews, we were worried in vain, but in fact we got high from the bottom of our hearts. It is an ideal place for families with children, as well as for young people.

A beautiful complex with a well-thought-out infrastructure and a very beautiful and well-maintained territory, perhaps the best in Georgia. For the high season, it is not overcrowded even on weekends, when the number of guests at the complex increases many times due to locals coming on a weekend tour. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pools for everyone, and places on the beach too. One of the disadvantages is the specific catering on the territory. It's indecently leisurely, quite expensive, and tasteless - except for the seafood restaurant - but it's VERY expensive there (check per person starting from GEL 100). My wife, children, and I had breakfast every day, and almost every day we had dinner at the hotel buffet restaurant. It's not cheap either, but it's delicious, fast and varied enough. The hotel has its own large parking lot. When choosing apartments for rent, carefully study the photos, or better yet, ask the owner / agent for a video from the loggia - so as not to watch and listen to the construction of building 12, and not to flinch at every train passing under the window, as happened with some. If you take these points into account, and do not use the "national" restaurants on the territory, you will be 100% satisfied!

We only came to the water park. the territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well maintained, lots of flowers and all kinds of beautiful vegetation. entrance to the water park is GEL 85 per person for the whole day. Sometimes it's really hard to find a place. you have to stand and wait for someone to leave and then run to borrow, because you're not the only one waiting. The slides are pretty ordinary, but considering that this is primarily a hotel, it's normal. the child liked it. The cocktails aren't very tasty, but the cuisine is good. The burgers are bombastic. there is access to the sea, there are practically no people on the beach.

Today we stopped by this complex (2 adults, 3 children). The claimed sea view turned out to be a view of the construction site, no one had ever vacuumed the floors in the room, there was no question of washing at all, there were no bed linen, and there were no towels either. The administration does not respond to requests to fix all these problems. We stopped by at 3 p.m., and they didn't give us towels at 8 p.m., but we can go for a swim. The bed linen was brought, but not even made. The rooms are already quite "tired", the hotel's territory is large, but a lot of things are already in need of repair, moreover, there is a permanent construction site around, everything that is so beautifully presented is partially still in the project. The most important thing is that the sea is terribly dirty, there is garbage floating from vacationers. Access to the territory is free, although they say that it is necessary to wear bracelets, why, if there are a lot of strangers here! Bottom line: a vacation in this place resembles a well-worn troika in Egypt, obviously not worth the money!

All restaurants are insanely expensive, while the quality of the dishes does not match their cost. I have been vacationing in the Oasis since 2015. The cost has increased by about 4 times, and the quality is constantly deteriorating, especially after the covid epidemic. For the last 3 years I have not visited all these establishments at all. The beach is not bad by nature. The beach service is suffering. In addition, in the last 3 years, sun beds and umbrellas have become paid. Garbage collection from the beach is not regular and not thorough. In addition, smoking is allowed everywhere, many vacationers leave cigarette butts anywhere. That's all for now. The overall impression. Not a bad nature. The actions of the administration are constant attempts to introduce a fee for everything that is possible, while formal control over the quality of service. If this continues, then this place will lose its attractiveness in the future.
