There are no complaints about the pizza itself, the quality is familiar to the Dodo, although it was cut strangely, but this is not critical, I suppose.
There is a claim to the service. As most people write, it is quite slow, there is only one person at the checkout. When the order was picked up, 4 more ready orders were displayed on the scoreboard, but there was no sign of their submission.
Well, they ordered caramel coffee, but they made nutty, which probably indicates some kind of inattention and indifference.
It also seemed strange that for some reason there is no 0.3 coffee. Is this something normal, or the cashier just didn't want to reissue the wrong order)
Well, the prices in my humble opinion are nicer here than in other similar places

It was very bad.
Starting with the fact that the mobile application incorrectly displayed the status (we stood and waited for more than 30 minutes, although the application showed 11 minutes) and ending with the fact that the French fries were small, very, very cold.
And there is still no video showing the kitchen as it is made in Russia!

The pizza is very tasty, but the service is terribly slow. The cashier's staff and order collectors literally do not see you when you stand in front of them and want to place an order, communicate with each other and do other things.
I advise you to order delivery, the taste of the dishes is the same, and the time from ordering to the first bite is often much shorter.

The pizza is not bad, but apart from them, most of the positions are unavailable. They do it for a very long time for fast food, so a lot of people are standing in a small room. You will wait for one pizza for 20 + minutes, so they will also not be given immediately, because one slow cashier works, who serves and takes out the pizza to you, so it's better to take it for delivery. And check the pizza, we took ours by number, and when we got home, one of them was not the one we ordered

We are a fan of barbecue chicken, heytim mushroom julienne) It's very lucky that next to the house, sometimes we run out at lunch just to get a caesar. Usually, the order via the phone for self-delivery is on time, but there are only 2 cash desks and you have to wait in line sometimes for 5 minutes just to pick it up. The room is beautiful

It's a disappointment. An order for a small pizza and 2 drinks was made for 40 minutes (not for delivery). I went to pick it up - at the checkout it turns out that the drinks are not ready yet. There are no promotions for the birthday, there is no mirror in the toilet. I haven't seen such sad faces at the checkout for a long time. Cinnamon rolls are small and hard.

We made an order, fast delivery - 25 minutes, the courier read the comment on the order, met where it was agreed. As for the pizza: the dough is ordinary, not bad; the filling is watery, as if poured on top with water, because of this it is absolutely unsalted, everything seems to be cooked. Perhaps the culprit is cheap cheese, since there was not the slightest taste of salty cheese. As a result, the filling was liquid and glass while it was being transported. We are definitely not going to order here anymore, the quality is as bad as in Moscow. There is no feedback form on the site, so I will attach a photo here.

1. It is not clear which cash register to approach, because the terminals are one on the right and the other on the left. It's like one cash register.
2. When my order was ready, I went to the checkout, but no one was in a hurry to give out my order. Two minutes later, the cashier came over, I gave her the order number and she went to collect it in the kitchen. While I was waiting, I looked at the two workers who were on Instagram.
3. The cashier collected an incomplete order for me and forgot the drink. I asked her to give me a full order, but she didn't know where to look, so I had to give her a receipt.
4. The food is tasteless.
