Not a good experience, life-threatening. In December 2021, we dived with diversland in Cancun, Mexico. The three of us signed up for diving, one of my friends is a lifeguard diver, which she immediately reported. She agreed to dive immediately about diving herself and the two of us (there were 3 of us in total), me and another girl for the first time. As a result, we arrived, I and 6 other beginners in the pool were instructed. There were only 2 instructors, and they wanted my diver rescue friend to come with us too, but there was not enough room in the boat and she had to change with another group that left us. As a result, there are 7 people without experience for 2 instructors. We sailed to the point, started diving, I couldn't find the balance and go down. The diver loaded me and another person. I stayed underwater for 2 minutes, and as soon as he turned away from me, I abruptly began to surface, the diver noticed and I surfaced without an identification flag 5 meters from the passing boat. I was scared when I surfaced, I couldn't figure out where I was and where my boat was. The diver surfaced about 5 minutes later. I refused to dive again because it became obvious to me that 2 divers would not be able to cope with 7 beginners. And I also felt bad about stress plus strong waves, seasickness worsened. A couple of minutes after I went out on the boat, my friend surfaced who could not cope with the vest, she pulled out the mouthpiece, did not inflate the vest and began to go back under the water. When she started to sink, she was fished out by another diver who was nearby. My friend had a panic attack after that. Our diver discovered that the person was missing only when she was already getting on the boat. The rest of the group also surfaced several times. As a result, the divers accused us that we felt bad initially, and did not recognize that the group should have been smaller, especially if people dive 1 time. The company promised to refund the cost per person and did not return anything. As a result, the service was not provided with high quality, a threat to life, and the money was not returned. Guys, if you dive for the first time, ask for an instructor for 2 beginners. Don't settle for a band anymore!
