Excellent clinic, I recommend it. The girl on the phone described our situation to the doctors and told them to come immediately without an appointment, the cat needs oxygen! We were there for the first time, in another clinic only by appointment. The cat was in the day hospital when they picked us up, they gave us recommendations and advised a cardiologist. Thank you so much for stabilizing the cat and he survived! The staff is polite and special thanks to the receptionist who didn't kick us off without an appointment and showed our tests to the doctors over the phone.

I am leaving this review not for the sake of conflict, but so that pet owners are more attentive. On May 14, we went to the clinic with a dachshund, 6 years old. The main complaints were vomiting and feeling unwell. According to the ultrasound results, we were informed that there were no serious liver and kidney problems, after which treatment was prescribed. In the following days, the dog's condition did not improve, but worsened. There was severe swelling of the paws, fever, pain, weakness, vomiting. Appointments have changed several times, and the recommendations of different specialists contradicted each other. After a few days, the tests showed serious abnormalities in liver and kidney parameters. At the same time, all this time we carried out only the appointments received at the clinic. Later, we consulted with other specialists and heard a different opinion regarding the possible diagnosis and necessary treatment. Unfortunately, on May 19th our dog died. I am not claiming to know the exact cause of what happened, and I am not calling for harassment of the clinic staff. But after the experience, I consider it important to share my experience and remind pet owners: if the pet's condition worsens, do not be afraid to get a second opinion and ask additional questions about the prescribed treatment.
