Exceptional — 10/10 My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The property is beautiful, and the staff truly made my experience unforgettable. Their customer service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Two standouts for me were Gayane and Mush. They were absolutely exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to help. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I appreciated them so much. There was a dance team staying on my floor—full of energy and occasionally a bit noisy—but the hotel handled everything perfectly. They even offered me a lovely bottle of wine as an apology, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Their professionalism in managing a large group was impressive. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a great variety of fresh options. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wonderful staff, great service, and amazing hospitality. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would!

It's very clean. But they can't speak English very well. I suggest you use the pool it's good place for meditation time.
