They changed the timing belt for a Nissan Qashqai, incompetent "masters" tore out the plastic wing cover alive, broke the fasteners, did not consider it necessary to report the problem, stuck it on a self-tapping screw and returned the car, apparently in the hope that the owner would not notice.
