I came on Saturday and applied for a card. Initially, a very friendly employee greets you and explains the introductory information. I filled out a preliminary application. There was almost no queue, just a couple of people and I was invited. We promptly issued and told them. I already received a text message about readiness on Wednesday and took the card on Thursday. And everyone speaks Russian. Thank you for the opportunity to receive the card, efficiency and kindness!
