Although I generally feel good about the hotel and its staff, I have to admit that this place clearly needs improvement. We rested here from April 6 to April 10, 2026. The water park can be visited both from the hotel and from the street. The territory is small. During our stay, 5 slides were operating, the rest were under reconstruction — and we must pay tribute to the staff: they really repaired them and put them in order. At the same time, the water park itself looks rather worn out and clearly needs to be renovated. For understanding: it is older than the hotel — it was built much earlier. Overall, we enjoyed it: we rode the roller coaster, had fun and jumped on the wave. In order to diversify the same type of vacation, the water park is quite suitable — but there are certainly prospects for improvement.

It's a disgusting place! I chose the Jaz Sharm dreams vacation hotel because this water park is located on its territory. But, it just doesn't exist! Nothing is working, there is no water anywhere. There is only one small slide working, and the water barely flows. And another small pool that you don't even want to go into! Everything is in perfect condition

We stayed at a nearby hotel, so we had free admission. We came to this place and we were alone in the whole water park! None of the slides worked, the children's area has been without water for a long time, everything is falling apart and causing a sad feeling. Of all the pools, only one was working. I don't advise anyone, don't waste your time. February 2025 Upd. At the end of the vacation, the hotel employee convinced us that he was still working, gave us a second chance, and went out again. The slides were working, but not all, only a few slides were working, but everything was also in poor condition, cold pools, the pool with waves did not work, they stayed exactly 20 minutes, there were only 3 people in the water park besides us)) It could have been a good water park if it had been renovated and invested, but it's not even worth the attention.
