I want to share my great gratitude and leave an enthusiastic review about this wonderful place! I've been doing manicures, pedicures and eyebrow corrections here all summer, and every time I left, I was not just happy, but absolutely delighted! The atmosphere in the salon is very cozy and relaxing, you feel at home. The staff is polite, the craftsmen are real professionals with great experience and taste. All instruments are sterilized and high-quality materials are used. If you live in Batumi or come here for a vacation, this is the place to go for beauty and a great mood. The prices are absolutely adequate for such high quality.

It wasn't my first time in this salon. As usual, I was offered tea or coffee. Attentive and courteous staff. I did a manicure with a design in parallel with coloring and eyebrow correction. The master drew lemons on the nails better than in the sample picture. Satisfied, I recommend it!

I chose this salon for a specific reason: it turned out to be the only one that I found on the request of "AKZENTZ hypoallergenic products". Unfortunately, despite detailed warnings about my sensitivity, the visit ended with skin injuries, itching, swelling, and frustration with the quality of the work. About ten years ago, after a coated manicure, I began to develop severe dermatitis. Fearing for the skin of my hands, I completely abandoned the coating. A month before visiting this salon, I decided to try it out: in another salon, I had one nail carefully covered. There was no reaction, and I started looking for a place for a full-fledged procedure. Before recording, I talked in detail about my problem and separately emphasized how important it is not to injure the cuticle and prevent the material from getting on the skin. The owner of the salon was nice and attentive, and said that she herself was experiencing the same allergy. This inspired confidence: I hoped that they really understood my situation and would take it seriously. On my first visit, I had a pedicure and an additional test coating on my nails. Even then, there were questions about accuracy: the master pushed the cuticle too far, injured it several times until it bled. At the same time, I did not notice the gel getting on my skin. On the second visit, the same master performed a full-fledged build-up. This time, the cuticle was injured even more, and the gel went beyond the nails and got on the skin. This is exactly what I asked in advance not to allow. The result itself was also disappointing: the nails turned out to be bulky, thick, of different lengths, with a shape completely different from my natural one. This was my first build-up, which the salon knew about, but even without the experience of such procedures, the disadvantages were obvious. On the reverse side, the nails were also uneven, and dirt accumulated in these irregularities. Later, the coating began to peel off on the sides and crack. I constantly had to file my nails in the places of cracks so that they would not cling to my hair and clothes. As a result, one extended nail completely fell off, and a damaged natural nail plate appeared under it. It wasn't just an unfortunate appearance, but a constant inconvenience throughout the month. A separate unpleasant moment is the cost. According to the price list, I expected to pay no more than 135 GEL. However, when paying, it turned out that with Luxio the cost is 200 GEL. There was no such price in the price list I was looking at. A day after the build-up, one finger began to itch and swell, and the next day the reaction appeared on the rest. In the first two days, the itching intensified, then gradually began to subside. I immediately informed the salon about the incident, reminded them of my warnings and drew attention to cuticle injuries and gel getting on the skin. In response, I was offered to see a doctor, expressed regret, and informed that it was not the salon's fault. I understand that an individual reaction cannot be completely ruled out, and its exact cause cannot be determined from a single description. But cuticles injured to the point of bleeding, gel getting on the skin, uneven nails, detachments and cracks are specific claims to the quality of work. I consider it unacceptable to reduce everything to my allergies and leave these questions unanswered. I was especially disappointed that the understanding on the part of the hostess, which had so endeared me in the beginning, eventually remained only in words. Pleasant communication does not replace the careful work of the master and the willingness to be responsible for the quality of his salon's services. According to the response I received, I did not see such a willingness. For comparison, I am attaching photos of the work of another salon. A similar procedure took place without pain or damage to the skin, the material was applied carefully, and the result was exactly what I wanted. I haven't had any itching or swelling since that visit. I'm not going back to this salon anymore and I can't recommend it. I am writing this review to warn others, especially people with sensitive skin and reactions to coatings: the presence of a certain brand of materials and assurances of understanding your problem do not guarantee careful work and responsible attitude.
