We lost time waiting for the waiter for 20 minutes, but no one came to take the order. Waiters were passing by, I called, and as I ran, the waitress said "yes, I'll be there soon" and THAT's IT! We waited a little longer, got up and left. This is the longest order acceptance. Nowhere else have we met such indifference, despite the fact that we came to lunch on a weekday in the afternoon, when there are very few people and the hall is almost empty.
I can't say anything about the kitchen for an understandable reason.
1.10.2023 We decided to go to dinner at this "restaurant" with our family. So to speak, give a second chance. We were met and escorted. The beginning was normal, we made an order: tolma, warm salads, a decanter of lemonade. Tolma was brought surprisingly quickly, BUT partly warm, partly literally icy. We tried it a little, and inside the meat turned out to be dry as paper. We asked the waitress to replace the dish, because the cold and killed tolma is clearly from the freezer warmed up in the microwave. And this is for the money that this parody of tolma is worth! We ate it in different places and we have something to compare it with. The waitress ran around 2 times, retold our comments (it was audible) and ran back, trying to prove that this is how it should be cold. Then the manager tried to prove it to us. They refused the request to replace it. Then we asked to remove this dish from the bill. But even here we were refused. They just brought salads, which remained untouched, because we decided to leave the place then. The waitress was yelling at us all over the room to pay the bill, even though we didn't eat anything. For a long time they tried to prove something to us about the cold dolma and that we are obliged to pay. FOR WHAT?! For a poorly rendered service??? Eat it yourself!
The attitude is boorish. At the exit, their guard tried to restrain us and did not let us out, waved his ID in front of his face - allegedly he was from the police. They called "their own people". We said, "call the police - there are patrols right in front of the entrance on Northern Avenue on duty." The police were called - the police helped to sort out the situation. This whole farce took us a whole hour. In the end, one of the employees of this institution tried to aggressively prove to us that we were to blame, that everything was written in the menu. Although the menu says "set tolma" and THAT's IT! And what types of tolma are included in the set, hot, cold - "their author's" - is not specified.
In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. For the first time in our lives, traveling in different countries and visiting different restaurants, we are faced with a situation where it comes to calling the police.
I highly do not recommend this place, I ordered a shish kebab from a rack of lamb and a flatbread with cheese, it was impossible to eat the shish kebab too salty.
